I know you said you are looking for advice from other women but my suggestion as a trad man if you want to learn more about being trad or attracting monogamous K-selected high quality men would be to read that kind of content from female sources... r/redpillwomen has a lot of links in the sidebar, but you could also follow some pages on social media like Evie Magazine (trad women's magazine), or various trad women's influencers on YouTube like Mrs. Midwest. Female nature is arguably even more disappointing. Women have a hypergamous drive and men have a polygamous drive. Monogamy can no longer be maintained as easily because we no longer have the social, religious, and legal infrastructure to enforce it as in the past. You must find partners that have a personal dedication to the group reproductive strategy that you have.

In my experience as a man who has had relationships with both types of women I believe this is one of those things that should be approached more from an individual personality perspective than from an "all men are like that" perspective.
