I completely agree with you.

Thank you. In NY, I can get a legal aid attorney. Also, I am aware this is about her as much as it is about me. It seems petty, but she has gotten away with this for too long. With my two older sisters, and me. I really am trying to make it about my son, but it is easier said than done.

No doubt. I do not deny screwing up. Now, I need advice as to how to fix it.

The attorney from Legal Aid has suggested an Anger Managment course, just to go through the motions for the court. However, it is costly. I can not afford it. Also, I think nMother needs mandated psychological testing if I am going to be asked to do it, as well.

I most certainly did have a court-appointed attorney from the Legal Aid Society of Central NY. They give representation in Family Court. I have had paid attorneys, and appointed attorneys represent me during my divorce and custody hearings in the past. One of my best attorney's came from Legal Aid. It is a crap shoot with LA. My son had his own Law Guardian, the same one who recommended I get sole custody back in 2007. My nMother's representative is her own private paid attorney. What doesn't ma…

I was in a very bad position mentally and emotionally after being wiped out in a flood in Sep 2011. Really had no where else to go, and turned to her for help in early 2012. It was very bad. Eventually, I got into a big argument with her after she kept pressing and pressing and pressing my buttons. I blew up, threw a TV remote across the room and she--rather giddily and gleefully--called the police. No charges were filed. She did it for the police report. Three weeks later, I was served with an …

U.S. schools, for decades, have replaced teaching with indoctrination. Facts which do not fit into their agenda are shunned and/or shouted down.

I know too many women/girls in similar circumstances. They claim to dislike or hate their boyfriend or husbands. Constant complaining about them. Cheat on them. But just "can't" leave because "How will I pay the bills"? I call them hookers. In my lexicon can't means won't.

I didn't sign for my divorce in NY. I got a notice in the mail from NY Supreme Court informing me of my divorce.

Then why do many doctors write scripts before adequate testing is performed?

I am going through this now. My mother and I have never seen eye to eye going back to as long as I could remember. After my wife moved out, I was awarded sole custody and raised my son as a single dad from Dec 2004-June 2012. After a string of depressing incidents [lost everything to a flood in upstate NY (2011), moved to SC to get away and ended up back in upstate NY a few months later (Feb 2012)], I ended up with my son at my mother's due to now where else to go. Mom is an expert at pushing my…
