1	Men should be allowed to sign away parental rights without the consent of the woman during pregnancy. If she can choose to not be a mother, he should be able to choose to not be a father. 1	Pay gap hysteria- the results are in! Do you understand that the inequality comes from the fact that women are EXPECTED to take the time off to raise children, as opposed to men who can continue working? The inequality is due to women having limited opportunities to advance their careers because of parental leave. This is unfair to men as well.
