No. Maybe it's just semantics, but the point here is that the word "alpha" implies that it's a natural trait you either have, or don't have. So yes you can become better than you were, and that's great, really. Just be happy with that and thrive on it, instead of constantly worrying about every thing you do being 'alpha' enough. Get the power to become and be better from within yourself instead of these so called guru's on the web, or big-mouth people around you. Self-confidence comes from withi…

In my opinion, the idea of "becoming alpha" itself represents everything that is not alpha. Surely you can work on your confidence and it will benefit you, but analyzing all these social interactions and constantly acting (ACTING) in a way you think you should, because people will like you more, is sad if you ask me. You either have it, or you don't. Build confidence, yes, but forget the whole word 'alpha' please.
