| 2 | Unexpected observations on the road to becoming alpha...No. Maybe it's just semantics, but the point here is that the word "alpha" implies that it's a natural trait you either have, or don't have. So yes you can become better than you were, and that's great, really. Just be happy with that and thrive on it, instead of constantly worrying about every thing you do being 'alpha' enough. Surely you can work on your confidence and it will benefit you, but analyzing all these social interactions and constantly acting (ACTING) in a way you think you should, because people will like you more, is sad if you ask me.
