I see. I have an internet connection as well, so its no problem to find out what it is. I heard that argument before (about teaching yourself) but I have to say that most people I see, dont do that. Most of the western world is relying on inventions and societies that have been made and shaped throughout history. Most people dont contribute anything to the human endeavor. They collectively simply don't have a culture of educating themselves, preferring to stay in archaic tribalism and "culture" …

Why do you care if they are only monkeys?

As far as I know, IQ tests are made differently for different societies. A person in the sub-saharan desert would for example score less in math because a) the person might have never learned maths and b) the solution of certain mathematical problems are not necessary for their lives (eventhough they might be important for our society). I guess thinking "they can't do what we do, they must be dumb/sub-human" was responsible for Europeans killing people all over the world"

Im from Germany, living in Ireland now. The only place where I ever hear of this kind of think is Reddit.

You should know how crazy this whole thing for a non-american person sounds (actually, Im sure this must sound crazy to a lot of americans). Does that happen all the time? Is there a high chance that you go to prison for being in a room with a child? Did it happen to you or is it enough that you read a story about it on the net? The shameful part is, that you are one of the people who try to shape the society to act in such a way. Also, fucking random drunk people and being in a room with a chil…

This is just pathetic. I would hate to be in the world you live in. Also, I think you are just fear mongering by taking an incident with which you try to make other people as afraid of society as you are.

I think he was an asshole. That guy was driving recklessly and was a danger to people around. He should have gotten what he deserved and the cop should have done his job properly. Not only did he let a guy go who drove almost 30 above the speed limit but he also did it in the least professional way.

Because its about people not about goods in a free market. Women are also people and they want to live a good live and that often includes not being prostitutes. I wouldnt let my wife abort children until its the desired gender.

Im not trying to convince anybody of anything anymore. Reddit is not the place for that.

I am circumcised and I think its right. That includes my parents decision to get it done. I thought that was obvious.

I like being circumcised and I think it was the right thing because I wouldnt want my penis to look different. There you go. You are not circumcised and think its wrong and I am circumcised and I think its right.

I like reddit but trying to convince people when it comes to this topic just doesnt work. All of the uncircumcised people here have their minds made up. It doesnt matter if you are circumcised and happy with it. They have their narrative and they have to follow it. I understand why though. I wouldnt want anybody cutting any part of me now as an adult. What people fail to realize is, that when this happens while you are a small child, you grow up with a circumcised penis and its the most normal t…

Same here. First time I found out that there are people who find circumcision horrible was on digg and now on reddit. There seems to be some kind of narrative that many people follow. I would assume that most people who take issue on this subject are not circumcised themselves.

Interesting that I get voted down. Im just telling you, I was circumcised and it never bothered me. It never bothered my brother or anybody I know who is circumcised. I understand, that people here would be mad if somebody cut off one of their bodyparts now but if you get it cut off as a child, you really dont mind as an adult.

My father had me circumcised when I was about 6-7 for religious reasons. It was painful for about a day but I got a SNES for it so I didnt really mind. I am an atheist but I still dont mind. I think it looks better but in the end, I dont think peni are attractive so I just go with what I see every day as the norm. I wouldnt mind if the doctor circumcised him right away. I would mind though, if he engaged in medical procedures with my son, that I clearly reject.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
