It really doesn't, I just assume you can use Google. Don't be offended I am not talking down on you. The first two steps are only there to sort out what doesn't look good on you because of your face shape. The third step is there to sort out what you don't visually like. First figure out your face shape. Second, Google hairstyles for you face shape. Third, search images with those styles you like and only keep those with a similar hair structure. Forth, go to a barbershop, show them the images you like and let them advise you. Protip : Don't let your hair grow out, if you already growing your beard and vice versa. Only one thing can look messy, the other has to be well groomed.

I don't want to be mean, but as a man in your age range I only date women in their 20s for several reasons. Most men do if they have the capabilites. Isn't the act of RE-framing acknowledging the negative emotion? Not if we take OP by his words look his examples, he takes a negative situation and the associated feeling and try to spin it that it's actually a positive thing. Mindfulness/Meditation takes another route, you acknowledge your feeling, but didn't identify with it. It's like: Oh, that feeling right now is frustration and than you move on. Sorry didn't noticed your question. Atm after several long relationships only hook ups. If your follow up question is if I prefer the same age range for a relationship the answer is no. In the past I preferred women between 26 and 29 and it seems the ideal age of range for me. I don't want any short term relationship, if I find the right woman I want to settle.

Nope, most don't. If you look like it they appreciate your body, most aren't interested how you achieved it. If you are in a committed relationships constant training and eating habits can become a problem. Unpopular answer: No. No it doesn't. Obviously anecdotal, but I confirm. I am 171cm and was never turned down because of my height, or mocked by a woman. Instead the vast majority of my FBs and GFs were and are taller. In my experience, it you don't care about your height neither do women. Imho, there isn't a deeper correlation between height and getting a woman.
