Yea that's my point, even though she supposedly caused this with her lie, she never would have been charged with anything if she didn't actively take part in the robbery/murder, because, well its not illegal to lie to your boyfriend. Your title still made it sound like she was jailed for lying about rape, when in fact she was jailed for participation in a robbery/murder.
