They will still expect men to perform to the old standards, otherwise they will end up with a bunch of male fatbodies passing the "gender neutral" standards. This is the reason they are so resistant to go to per-job standards. Morbidly obese men would be able to pass the current women's standards.

Lol what, infantry since Roman times have always been pack mules, where they were expected to march 20 miles carrying their equipment and several days of rations, dig for 2hours to construct an overnight camp, have supper and maybe have at most 5 hours sleep, day after day on campaign. I think if you look at the campaign in Afghanistan you will see what an old fashioned idea this is. /I-cannot-adequately-express-my-sarcasm-level.

What's "It"? Someone just glancing isn't going to read the footer. The poster assumes you know what "It" is. At least "Heart attacks are not just a mans disease" would have conveyed something at a glance. It is just bad copy.

The problem I have with it is that the (limited) health message is in the footer. The main sentence isn't clearly talking about heart disease if you just glance at it. Now if it talked about how heart attacks don't always show the classical symptoms (especially in women) it would be worthwhile. Telling women they can get heart attacks too, without alerting them to how the symptoms can vary from a Hollywood heart attack isn't of much use.

The problem I have with the poster is that it is a typical "awareness of our charity, not the issue" poster. You could easily fit in an actual health message in the main body of the poster, not just some statistics in the footer.

Some guys do. The SJWs vastly exaggerate it though. I've seen them complaining about guys whose knees aren't further apart than their shoulders. Also from my experience women "bagspread" more than I've seen "manspreading".

My point was that the visibility of the spokesperson is irrelevant when the story gets buried. It would require a whole host of visible spokespeople in a coordinated campaign to break through to the mainstream.

Having a more visible spokesperson won't do shit when the "feminists" control the media narrative. Whenever a celeb says something vaguely supportive of the MRM it either doesn't get reported or gets drowned out with a "feminist" counter-response. Even the right-wing media is useless as they almost always push a traditionalist agenda which is just as hostile to men's rights as "feminism".

There was a great post I saw the other day which I wish I saved. It argued that modern homophobia (since around the 19th century) and the lack of close male affection among heterosexual men was actually due to the fear of being accused of homosexuality by ones wife (and subsequently being socially outcast and possibly divorced and jailed). The argument was that women had started using the accusation to keep their husbands in-line and away from the influence of close male friends.

But she is right. The sexual revolution is the worst thing that has happened to modern women. Sex was a huge bargaining chip for women and reserving that power for marriage meant men had to commit to providing for women. Now that it is easy to get sex without commitment men can live perfectly content "bachelor" life-styles.

I doubt it. Women are taught that emotional arguments are acceptable and in fact powerful against men. Men on the other hand are taught that their feelings are irrelevant. Even the Feminists know this, it is why they attack logic and fact based arguments as inherently male.
