A lot of people are not only subscribing to the ideology, but openly criticize any sort of logic presented to refute it. He is not saying we need women bricklayers, and instead he is saying we do not and women hate that job so they won't be a darn bricklayer. Taking a tiny portion of the workspace like CEOs, which is what 0.0000000001% of the population and then state it's all men is an extraordinarily biased view of equality between men and women.
