To actually solve it, the first step is to stop consuming red-pill content, and make sure those recommendation algorithms stop you suggesting. Stop reading their comments sections. Well, in my case, I wasn't completely into redpill. I was consuming them for almost a year. Because I was a liberal, I took a lot of their arguments with a grain of salt, although I agreed with them.
