It very much "depends". I read The Rational Male and started going to a men's group a little over five years ago. It has been about two years since my wife and I last had sex. Just last night she berated me and cried about how I do not seem to "want" her any more. TBH, I really don't. But, I am still stuck, not knowing exactly how to proceed. It seems some of us are just a lost cause.

Thank you. It is almost euphoric to learn that there is one woman out there who actually appreciates what the masculine has to offer. That being said, I am unfortunately cynical. I blame society. But, in my experience, women do not express what you have expressed except on their Onlyfans pages. It is hard for me to believe that any woman actually feels the way you do, much less express it honestly. That is the world in which I live, anyway. It feels like my only value it women is what they can g…

You are working from your experience, as we all are. Yours has been good. You have lived a charmed life. Congratulations. Most of us do not live in your feminine utopia. From my mother, all the way to the present day, I have been degraded and demeaned by women. But, the larger issue is the institutionalized devaluing of men's lives, as highlighted in the OP. Where are all these wonderful women who care of which you speak? Where are their voices? I cannot hear them over the roar of the strong, "i…

Puberty blockers (and indeed HRT and SRS) have nothing to do with sexuality. I beg to differ: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puberty "Puberty is the process of physical changes through which a child's body matures into an adult body capable of sexual reproduction." Puberty has everything to do with sexuality. Likewise, preventing it is directly related to preventing sexual development.

While not hormone replacement therapy, it is a method of pharmaceutically manipulating natural hormonal cycles. The long term impact of which is not necessarily clear. We do concur that society allows children under the age of 21 to decide to make decisions about their own sexuality. But, perhaps the OP's age range was hyperbolic. Let us settle on 12 years old per the article. Twitter is loosing it's mind over a 21 year old choosing to date an older man. Her body, her choice. The point is the ap…

This sub seems to big on the victim card. I have been called on this several times recently, which caused me to consider that there is some truth to this perspective. Yes, in many ways, we feel like victims. And we probably act like it too. And.? The implication of your comment is that we are not permitted to be victims. That, as indicated in the OP, our emotions and feelings are irrelevant and illegitimate. Is that what you are saying? That we are a bunch of whiny, privileged men who should be …

There’s nothing to be proud about if you’re the bad guy. True I guess. But, many men are proud to serve their country, right or not.

Depends on the war. True, but all men are required to register for the draft, under threat of prison. I do not know any women who registered. And, I guess we can claim that men are more effective at committing suicide than women, statistically speaking.

Try and track down a local men's group. Meetup.com is a good resource. Get out of the house, do stuff, meet people. It sucks living at home, I know. But it will not last forever. The more things you try, the greater the possibility that you will find something or someone that does it for you. Be aware, you will stumble and fail along the way. But, the ultimate trajectory is up and out. Just keep pushing. You do not need a pad and lots of money to get chicks. Start learning some game. Read some b…

None of us born in the last 50 years got the memo either. We got the one that said "All men are rapists" and "Masculinity is toxic." I also got the one that said, "Women want a Nice Guy to settle down with." But, no one gave me the one that said, "Women want to party with the fun, irresponsible, exciting, bad-boy."

Classic hypergamy. She may not actually want to "get with you", but she is keeping her options open by trying to add you to her stable. Ditto what everyone else said. It is not worth the risk to close the deal, but flirting practice is always fun.

Here is what you need to internalize: Criticism, hate, and any other feedback is not about you. This is an essential concept. Once you believe it, your ego is no longer threatened. When you realize that a shit-test, rejection, challenge, insult, or whatever is actually about the person delivering it, your entire perspective changes. This kind of feedback is always an opinion. You can choose to say, "No, your opinion is wrong." This goes for positive feedback as well. When someone compliments you…

I have always found "visualization" to be quite a mystery. In my experience, it is tantamount to daydreaming. It is highly likely that a touch of Aspergers/ADHD makes it more challenging for me. But, I really do not get it. I visualize a bunch of great stuff, then I go back to the dull drudgery of my existence. How does one bridge the gulf between visualization and action?

OK, but how do I get Confidence when I suck? Confidence has to be backed by something, otherwise it is just arrogance. Case in point, I graduated with a degree in Computer Science in 2000. I have been coding for 16 years. I have definitely put in my 10,000 hours, yet mastery eludes me. I have accepted the fact that I am just not that bright. In fact, I was literally schooled today by one of my co-workers because my code sucked and he had to fix it. And this is not the first time that has happene…

I envy you in many ways, not least of which your physical prowess. I am only 5'8" and very insecure about it, among other things. You went through Boot Camp at an early age. You were torn down to your basic, constituent parts...made to feel worthless and powerless. The next part of the process, however, is usually indoctrination into the group. This is the same process used in the military, cults, and Gordon Ramsay on Kitchen Nightmares. However, it seems that you only went through the first hal…

I feel for you bro. You sound clinically depressed. You are probably on the spectrum (Asperger). Your Blue Pill conditioning shot you in the ass early on. You were Beta Bucks to your girl out of the gate. Why would she have sex with you if you were already providing all her material needs? At this point, you need some men in your life...desperately. That was the one thing that made the difference for me. Therapy did not help. Alcohol did not help. Food did not help. Exercise did not help. You ne…

Do not wait! Social skills will take you farther in life than any amount of technical expertise. I only wish I had realized this before I graduated. The longer you wait, the harder it is to get in the game. Your one saving grace is that, thanks to social media, a lot of young people are socially handicapped anyway. You can still get in the game. Just do not wait!

Always free weights and weighted body exercises (pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, squats, etc). With the occasional lat-pull or row. I do not feel safe with power-clean over-the-head type stuff yet. But everything else is on the table.

I lift consistently 3x per week. Plus, I practice martial arts 2x per week. I miss the occasional workout due to work, illness, family, travel, etc. but it is a regular part of my routine. Still, I'm just average. Always average.

Sounds about right. The only difference is that I do not socialize at the gym. I haven't had a workout partner in years. I've been told that I'm too intense and aggressive. So, I work out alone. Being on the Asperger spectrum probably doesn't help.

The "it worked for me" argument pisses me off. Naturally, what works for one guy should work for everyone, right? General Relativity was a piece of cake for Einstein. What's your problem? Danny Devito could be an NBA all-star if he just had the commitment. Bullshit. I'm glad you are so awesome. But, it does not mean I have been a lazy bum for over two decades. It is just tough to stay motivated after a quarter century of failure. Really, I could use some good advice. If you do not have any, plea…

It's not about giving up. I would not have posed the question if I were giving up. It is about the insanity of putting out the effort over and over and not seeing results. I'm not a machine. I need to see some success. Otherwise, WTF am I wasting my time on? If I do not get improvement, what is the damn point? How do stay inspired and motivated? It would be like saying in a loveless marriage just because someone said it was the right thing to do.

My latest focus is using the TestShock program: Heavy weights, intense, short workouts, minimal cardio. I avoid carbs as a rule, although I do indulge in the occasional pizza or martini. As far as body type, I can buy that I trend towards endomorphic. But, I always understood that Endomorphs gain weight easily, which I do not. Even lifting heavy, I do not really gain. Nor do I loose. I get a little pumped, but I never break above 180 or below 170. My weight just kind of hovers. The exception is …

Lots of love bro. We aspies do have a tough go of things, hands down. We can study the shit out of something and understand it inside and out. Then we try to put it into practice and just can't get out of our own head. I feel your pain. I wish I had a magic pill (other than the Red Pill we have taken), but I don't. It is our cross to bear. So, you have to embrace it. Milk the strong silent type persona. Realize that your words are valuable, so use them sparingly. Practice being present. Really l…

The problem is that altough i am able to function socially I miss the days, when my mind was not hindered by all this knowledge and the contradictions i have seen. Ah yes. You have unplugged from The Matrix and now your eyes hurt because you've never used them before. This is why Rollo constantly states that unplugging is painful. All you get is the truth. And the truth can be hard to take. It is definitely much easier to take the Blue Pill, keep eating steak, and allow yourself to be fooled. Bu…

So, it sounds like you have your shit together. What exactly are you asking? She is a typical HB feeding you constant Shit Tests. You are obviously passing as you are closing withing 10 minutes. Just keep it up. Now this plate wants to buy you a $100 pair of shoes? She feels guilty, and it's a shit test. Let her buy you the shoes. You are secure and she owes you a pair of shoes that her dogs ate. What's the problem?

First, read NMMNG. Next, stop caring what people think of you. I know that statement is simplistic. And I understand it will take a lot of time. But, what we (you) are going for is an attitude of self-worth that is not based on the opinions and/or reactions of other people. Nor is it based on the supposed standards society and indoctrinated all of us "Nice Guys" with. I have come to understand that the rules of "polite society" are BS. In fact, my conclusion is that manners are the ultimate shit…

I have always be intimidated by men. I have never felt that I can compete with anyone...until recently, as I took the Redpill and stared unplugging. For me, the most important aspect of being RP is the DGAF attitude. I think most guys come to the RP wanting to better with women. But, one should soon recognize that the process is gender neutral. It is about being better with yourself. It is about understanding your self worth on your own terms, and no one else's. Now, I understand, it is not easy…

I am meditating. Not enough of course. Honestly, as a life-long-bluepill, I do not think I have ever been content. In fact, I have realized that being happy and content, actually makes me feel guilty. I am working on that but it has been a part of me my whole life so undoing it will take a while.

Your head is in the right place bro. And we are here to support you any way we can. My mom had an abusive, alcoholic father who left. Now she is co-dependent with abandonment issues and she keeps my dad's balls pickled in a jar. It's sad. Now I'm 44 and still deal with shit because of her neediness. I applaud you for unplugging and being your own man, especially in your teens. I wish I had the awareness you have. You're going to be OK. Lots of love, brother.

Do you know any guys that would let you crash on their couch? Do you have a car you can sleep in? Do you have a job and can you find a roommate on Craigslist? Breaking a lease usually costs only about 1-2 months rent. It might be worth it. You have options. And, if you are not spending time with men (Red Pill Men preferably) you need to start now. I have been going to a group I found on Meetup.com and it has saved my life and my soul. I have also, for the first time in my life, made actual frien…

In my mind, I would handle it like this: Make it very clear right from the start what your purpose is. As soon as you meet, go right in for the kiss. One of two things will happen: 1. She will totally dig it and you're in that night. - OR - 2. It will totally freak her out and she will bail. You haven't wasted any time. I suppose there could be an annex: 2a. She acts freaked out but tracks you down later (booty call). In any event, keep Frame and do not make her your primary. Your instincts are …

Did you by any chance grow up Catholic? The reason I ask is that I too suffer from an overactive guilt complex. I am challenged by feelings of being un-worthy and that I do not deserve to be happy because of all the shitty things I have done in my life. I often conclude that, when things do not go my way, I probably deserve it and am paying penance for my many sins. Unfortunately, I do not have an answer for you, other than to state unequivocally that we both need to get over it. Everyone slips …

I highly recommend against moving to CA. Your cons are spot on. Your pros are all marketing BS. CA is not the "Land-of-Sun-Fun-and-Sluts" that the media sells. It is way expensive, traffic sucks, work is tenuous (lots of competition), and the chicks are uptight and bitchy. CA will not be a solution. It will only be another problem.

Find other Men to associate with. That has been my lifeline. And I'm not just talking about "guys" to hang out and drink with. I mean a group of truly initiated Men. Unplugged Men who have taken r/theredpill. You are not alone but, unless you are a freakish giant of self-confidence and charisma, you will be tested daily. The only other people in the world who can understand what you are dealing with is other Men. It will save your soul.

The argument could be made that his persistence has some RP overtones. The problem is that it comes across as obsession, which is absolutely not RP. Maybe the date could be classified as RP. The problem is that Rocky has no Game. He's just broke. I did think about that "seduction" scene and it always felt very awkward to me. However, I struggle to identify that behavior as "Red Pill". I am intimidated by your post. I respect, admire and, I daresay, envy you. As for me, I am a pathetic 44 year old nobody. My question is this: How do I find my mission? I'm not too bright, average looking, short, introverted, Aspberger, have loads of debt, no skills, and a wife and father who depend on me for income and health care.
