They do have a company is Australia where they did employe only women called “Shebah”, and while the approach the whole “safety” bandwagon, the actual amount of cases where there has been assault or harassment towards women had been precent 0.00021 of 14 million rides making the risk for assault/harassment 1 in 4600 case ratio. Uber’s male drivers make up for 59.3% of the whole workforce. And male Uber riders make up 52% of the customers. So I guess hiring only women is fine but they don’t want …
