So, first, most major universities have been quietly doing affirmative action for men for years now. Men with lower qualifications were given a boost because fewer of them were applying (and their applications on average were weaker) and folks in administration wanted the numbers to be more equal. So, it sounds like you have a lot of biases against women. Do you have any evidence to support this? Emphasis mine
