Yea I acknowledge that fact BUT Cops have 375 million interactions with the public every year, if we look at the graph for 2019 it's 235, to me this does not look like an epidemic of black people being hunted in the streets, and the graph does not even consider if individuals were armed/dangerous. And if you read the paper I cited above it did state blacks are 24.7% less likely to be shot than whites and it had over 300 variables to it.
