I'm not a super religious person. I don't attend church on Sundays but I think to think I have a good relationship with God. I am Christian by the way. With that being said, maybe you need to take some time away from church and focus on just having fun? OP please clue me in here - what does this guy look like? Is he a muscular jock or is he like a Harry Potter nerdy type? Also - can you fill us in on more about what you look like? Me personally, I'm the muscular, jock type and the only time I'd ever really shut a girl down is if I could visibly tell we had NOTHING in common. I agree with all of the above. I want to add one more thing that may or may not be obvious to a lot of you. Do NOT listen to music that saddens you or puts you in a foul mood. When I was suffering from oneitis a year ago I used to listen to music like some Journey songs (I'll Be Alright Without You, My City, etc.) that for some strange reason would make me feel down and depressed. I've since cut that shit out and I feel a lot better. Just my experience.....

I'd actually argue that you will be more ballsy around women you're attracted to if you do not fap everyday. I've noticed it myself. My confidence DID go up and my agressivness in terms of chances I'd take and things I'd say also went up (not over the top though). I would definitely say the no fap challenge is good and should be done.
