Because you should be doing it for your own mental health and wellbeing. Desperation can be smelt a mile off.

Another example right there. You keep saying men are horrified or insecure etc. Trying to bring down our character. For example, I'm not horrified by female sexuality, Women are beautiful and amazing. I was raised by an amazing grandmother, but you're also chaos personified and let loose you've created this clown world we live in now.

Typical female response. Straight to attacking the man's character. 👌🏼

Because they're disgustingly ugly, inside and out. They're full of jealousy, bitterness and rage. They are fundamentally broken and so want other women to be as miserable as they are.

Bloody hell, of course not. She's a murderer so definitely deserves a harsher punishment. Just saying that weed induced psychosis is definitely real. If you're already struggling mentally, then any psychedelic can trigger an episode.

Not all Women are like that, theyre still individuals like us. It's social media that is causing these problems between the sexes.

I've noticed these types like to reduce people down to just their bodies and characteristics, rather than the individuals own character. They're so poorly socialised and have no actual real life experience, so can only see people as part of a group, rather than a unique individual.

You're right, we're all individuals and can't lump both sexes into two neat boxes. There's awful and good people of both sexes all over. It's social media which is rotting the brains of our youth, and it's so sad to see.

Yeh, it's just another meaningless buzzword like nazi, fascist and racist etc. It is funny though, because I can guarantee, the vast majority of these clowns calling people incels, will be literal involuntary celibate themselves.

It is bro, but luckily I live in a working class town, so it's nowhere near as bad as reddit makes it out to be. I think a lot of blokes lack social skills. I had to learn it all myself and joining the army sorted that out for me.

For a start, you have to stop living your life in an attempt to impress women. Focus on yourself and your own happiness and mental wellbeing first.

It's just used as a general insult towards men women nd their male handmaidens don't like now. You can be married with kids and these idiots will still call you an incel.

No need to worry about men like them. They're the oddball, techbro and bugmen types who struggle to interact with people in real life. The type who'll rarely leave their homes and walk with their shoulders slumped. I don't see these types in my working class town. They're all in the cities and university towns/cities

The British Army brother. It's just slang. I wouldn't be advertising myself as a gangster on reddit bro. But the Army could help you a lot. The brotherhood, camaraderie, routine and discipline did wonders for my mental health. You only have one life mate.

I went through the same as you when I left the mob. The majority of my family are women and they are useless when it came to my mental wellbeing. Recently been diagnosed with ASD and again my family were useless and just gave me empty platitudes. Realised that the only person who can sort me out is myself. I stopped caring what other people think of me and just got a free gym membership through the NHS. The world isn't a nice place and you'll realise nobody really cares about you, so you have to…

Modern Leftism is inherently feminine in nature. Hence the clown world we're currently living in.

Same here brother. Was in the British Army for 13 years during the "great war on terrorism" Lost 2 close mates and 4 more since from suicide and alcoholism. The army chewed me up and spat me out an emotional mess. Seeing the withdrawal from Afghanistan and the sheer terror of the locals WE helped there trying desperately to escape was heartbreaking and has completely destroyed any positive view I had left of our forces. Edit spelling.

Why is always Men who have to "Man up" and constantly improve? Whilst the vast majority of western women will never improve themselves over the course of their lives because they're "perfect as they are"

True, you're not wrong there brother. I have created a new purpose but it doesn't involve a relationship as my last gf ruined me mentally.

I'm not a nihilist brother. I know we make our own meaning in this life. There's nothing waiting for us at the end. It's all absurd tbh. I can understand now why our ancestors created religion. A meaning and a goal for the suffering we go through in life. I've volunteered to help struggling young Men in my community. I have a lot of experience to pass on. I've already helped my neighbour turn his life around. I think that is my purpose now. Just helping people along the way.
/r/MensRights01/02/24 03:18 PM

I gave up brother. All I can live for now is my family and friends. I lost my purpose when I left the Army and have since struggled to find another purpose in life. I decided to forget about trying to build a future and now just take each day as it comes, helping people I meet along the way. Life is absurd, so I just roll with it now until I'm gone.

Try not to let other people's thoughts effect you. Most people who will mock others, definitely have their own personal insecurities and faults. 👍🏻
/r/MensRights01/02/24 02:53 PM

The best thing you can learn to do with your life is to stop caring what random people are thinking about you. Their thoughts are irrelevant to you. They'll have their own insecurities, hence the mocking etc.
/r/MensRights01/02/24 02:34 PM

This is how they've already got you twisted around their fingers. There is no gender war. It's all online. Go outside with normal people and you'll see everything isn't as crazy as this place makes it out to be. Edit spelling

This! This right here. The opinions of others are exactly that. It's liberating when you finally get to that stage of not caring what others think of you.

I'm a veteran and societal collapse will be fucking devastating to everyone. Men, Women and children. The vast majority here have not seen the brutality of war in person. Or watched their friends die. It's just like the young men of the first world war who thought it would be ons big adventure.

You're right brother. I just want a life of peace now. I have absolutely no interest in women or sex anymore. I'm enjoying my journey of self improvement instead.

I'm 42 and my last relationship ruined me mentally. When I was on a UN tour in Cyprus, she spent the whole six months constantly threatening to leave me etc. Left me with 7 grands worth of debt she built up using catalogues in my name. After that I was medically discharged from the army with PTSD and depression. Now I'm finally getting back to a positive mindset, I've decided I'm going to spend the rest of my time here improving myself and helping my neighbour who is 25 and had a traumatic child…

Be extremely careful with who you choose to sleep with. Don't spend your life chasing women. Concentrate on being the best man you can be for those, around you.

This breaks my heart man. That poor guy having to go through all that shit alone. I cannot express how much I hate women who falsely accuse men of assaulting them. My uncle also had to go through the same with his ex wife falsely accusing him. But he had his family behind him. I wish there was more support for men who have had their lives, careers and mental health destroyed by these evil women.

Best thing I ever learned when I hit my late 30s was to stop caring what random people thought about me. I realised that, what other people think of me is out of my hands, something I cannot control. My best advice to you, is to stop focusing on other perceptions of you and start focusing on improving yourself in every way you can. What makes me feel good inside, is helping people in any small way I can. That's the legacy I want to leave behind. Please, don't base your who success in life with h…

I know and it does my nut in when some women have bad experiences and then tar all men with the same brush.🤦🏼‍♂️

Brilliantly put. They're neutering us, making us compliant and passive, so we won't band together. People need to realise these cunts are only human like us and we can take that power away from them if only we joined together as a people. Edit spelling

Are you OK? You seem to be very angry at us. Maybe, just maybe you should have some accountability and self awareness to stop sleeping with shitty men, princess👍🏻

You're not wrong there about young Men of the past easily getting established jobs. My late Grampy left grammar school at 14 because he was singled out by a teacher. He got a job straight away as a fireman on the steam trains as his Dad worked on them too.

I think we're constantly going to be in a cycle of peace and prosperity, then war and rebuilding. My Nana's golden generation are slipping away and then there's no one left to remember the horrors of war, only reading about in books or on YouTube etc. Then we end up where we are now, with the kids on here clamouring for war, but obviously not volunteering themselves of course.

Honestly mate, it feels fucking mental the way we're headed right now.
