Yep, exactly right, in the example above you're already doing 90% more than the average guy, so you're killing it. And if you're doing the right things but not seeing results, the advice in this post can be helpful and reassuring. I just don't want people to read his post and fall into the mindset that things will magically work out with enough time. You've got to actively practice this shit, and if done right there's no reason you can't see major improvements quickly.

This post is reassuring, but it can also be taken as an excuse for complacency. This female stuff isn't all that hard, being a good lawyer is. Here we're trying to snap men into a mind set by giving them the cold hard truth, much like Neo in the Matrix. Thus the name "TheRedPill"...Duh. The changes we talk about making here can and should be acted on quickly. I'm not saying a BP should make the important changes overnight, but certainly not over ten years either.

Came here to say this. To add to it, just monitor how you feel as you cut down. When I wasn't on steroids I would start to feel like shit around 12%, everyone is different though. I know guys who walk around a shredded 8% and feel great. ​ If you really want to stay shredded all the time get on a good dose of TRT. 150mg/wk -200 mg/wk is god mode. Get your test levels checked first though, you may not need it. It's called Testosterone Replacement Therapy(TRT) for a reason.
