1	My (17) experience after becoming Red Pilled. Hey man. Found it at your age too. Welcome! 4 years later,I guess the best I advice I can give you is to not grow content. Don’t stop lifting even if you consider yourself strong, don’t stop studying/working towards building your professional life, and keep practicing TRP.
