18	Don't take the bait if a scrote from your past contacts you. They are only contacting you for nefarious and selfish reasons. In my pickme days I let one of my exes back in my life when they contacted me like this. He slid back into his old behavior almost immediately, giving me emotional crumbs, and then ended up ghosting me 2 months in after I asked for one of my needs to be met. It's never worth it, y'all. These men do not want to change. They just want to re-traumatize you, check and see if you've moved on or not, relieve their guilt, or some combo of these.
