Mine is great, but they push "diversity" hard. 75% of their clientele is white, and yet their advertising makes you believe my area is mostly black and Asian with the occasional surprise white. I have yet to see a single Hispanic represented despite a sizable Hispanic population.

Society was built on hunters and gatherers and later on science and physical labor. To this day, when it's illegal to bar women in any field, bricklayers and plumbers remain 98% men. As for science, I'll leave it alone. I don't know enough about the sciences to know if women overall contribute as much as men when all factors are evened out. I know someone who claimed the women's leagues aren't watched the same as men's because there isn't as big a push to advertise them. And yet she has never ever gone out of her way to watch female sports, except in college. Apparently the woman's hockey team was vastly better than the men's. Which isn't saying much as it was a tech school and very likely the only women playing were probably butch, vs the geeks on the men's team.

Jordan Peterson may have his issues but he made in very good point- why isn't there a push for more bricklayers? Men and women have their strengths and weaknesses and they should be celebrated.
