More custody??? The courts should grant custody of the child to the father *** I fixed it for you, otherwise it's visitation. Here's the BS in all of that, the father will pay through the nose, no matter what the mother is like. The research says that children who grow up in poverty usually end up in poverty themselves. This is government funded research! Now, the government decides to give custody of the child to a mother like this, that will train this child that you can live off others, over …

Cool..... My ex stopped working and left me at seven months pregnant. She didn't and doesn't to this day work. My daughter is twenty one and I payed out $1471 a month till she was eighteen and moved to my house. I payed for insurance, clothing, cars, gas, phone and entertainment on top of child support. That is the real side of child support.

I noticed you didn't address me about my comment, only edited your own. I understand this far too well and you're an enabler. You are the person that kills addicts, please do us all a favor and never speak of addiction again. You are a total piece of shit.

Screw that.... That's the mentality that keeps this alive. Put these people under the jail. You CHOOSE to do drugs, if a doctor prescribed you a pain killer that you got addicted to, you should go back to that same doctor for help with the addiction. When you get cut off from the prescription, that is the time that you make a choice to get the drug illegally instead of getting help. These two should have been charged with manslaughter and gotten the full ten years. Mixing fentanyl usually requir…

Shit statist say....... Great comment. Do you think the Nazis were the way they were overnight? If you don't see the signs early and say/do something about it, you will be in a bad situation and won't be able to do anything to stop it. But I get your all on board with your rulers. That seems pretty dumb to me, Government has never made anything better. Out of hand government makes things markedly worse for citizens.

The police are in a position of power to make a change. I don't agree with trying to shut down streets but without enforcers the politicians are nothing. Police enforce every unconstitutional law that comes along, then they cry that they are just doing their job. That's the same thing that Nazi soldiers said.... Just doing their job.

So true, in Tennessee they had an article not long ago about a man that was making 120k a year and he was appealing a judgement for spousal support over $1200 a month for life. The ex wife made 72k a year at the time of the judgement. I believe it was overturned on appeal. It happens, it just isn't right. She was fully capable in Tennessee of supporting herself with 72k a year.

Changing a prescription for M end cough syrup for more than prescribed, after she doctor shopped my daughter for months. It's a felony because it is a controlled substance.

My daughter's mom got mad and took me to court again, that time she got an extra $450 a month totaling $800 a month. She was also just arrested at that time for drug fraud where I tried to get emergency custody, that's why she was mad.

Why can't we let people act like people? It isn't rape, it's natural to see someone good looking and say something to someone. Maybe we can do better and not cat call them but come on........ do we really want to live in a world where you're judged by the PC police every time you do anything?

My ex was literally arrested for felony drug fraud, sold her car because she was an addict, lost her job because she wouldn't stop taking pills, lost her apartment because she spent all her money on pills and doctor shopped my daughter to get m end cough syrup. She was finally arrested forging a prescription with my daughter in tow, no doubt driving under the influence with my daughter with her. She also stole my 92 year old grandmother's hydrocodones. All this and when I went for emergency cust…

They never want equality, they want what they see others have and don't want to give up what they have already. Equality is just like a relationship, if it's true equality then you have to give and take, just like a true relationship.

Funny, I sent you a DM of her arrest report minus personal identifying info (social security number, last name....). You don't want to believe it's true, that's fine but I'm not making anything up. This is the court system, I showed part of the proof.

That most certainly did happen and it happened to me. I still have a folder h from all the court crap that I went through with arrest records and everything. Just because you can't see the truth doesn't mean it isn't true.

All the time! That's why they take money from the father and give it to the mother, so she can care for the child. They tell you that in court, I've been there and heard that. If she can't care for the child without having a large chunk of money from the dad, why is she getting custody. ( Assuming the average dad isn't being abusive or a criminal).

Really? I'm a guy that makes great money, not abusive or a criminal and I lost to a mother that had just been arrested for felon prescription fraud ( with my kid in tow), didn't have a job ( due to drugs), didn't have a car ( literally sold it for her addiction) and had moved back to her mom's house the month prior to arrest. I went for emergency custody, they postponed it till she got done with her felony court case ( emergency cause mom is on drugs???), the courts allowed her to keep full cust…

https://www.daddygotcustody.com/fathers-win-full-custody/ Edit : I find it hard to believe that I'm projecting when only 17.5% of fathers get primary custody. Are they all having huge issues that mom doesn't have?
/r/PussyPassDenied24/05/21 05:22 AM
1

Dude, it's the sex of the person that determines most cases. That's why over 82% of custody cases are awarded to the mother, not because those fathers are not the best choice.
/r/PussyPassDenied24/05/21 05:04 AM
1

Understandable, the point is that good fathers are made second class parents by the system. It may not be that way in your case but I've seen a lot that are purely because a mother gets custody most of the time. The laws are tilted against a father.

Same question I asked above, if the father is better equipped to take care of the child, why is the mother getting that child? Why take from the person best equipped and give to the person that isn't?
/r/PussyPassDenied24/05/21 12:26 AM

I just wonder why if mom wasn't able to support the kids / kid as well as dad was, why didn't dad have custody?

Yet the woman does? She can decide that she wants nothing to do with it and have an abortion. Like I said, I'm just looking for equal rights. If someone is forcing me to take care of a child that I didn't want. It kind of sounds like you've never paid child support. I did for 21 years to the tune of $1471 a month and was forced to deal with the State who harassed me relentlessly. You have no clue what it is like trying to make $2000 a month, before taxes, to pay child support to someone who won'…

Yes and the male carries the baby for the next 18+ years. I'm just looking for a little equality, seeing as wrapping that shit up doesn't always work and everyone isn't getting a vasectomy.

I would just take the easy road and have a paternal abortion. ( Not claim the baby because I didn't consent to have one, my body my choice). If she wanted to raise a child by herself after I have already told her I didn't want one, that's her business.

Sadly, Tennessee is worse than a lot of places. I know Chattanooga wouldn't think of letting a father have custody, unless the mother abandons the child or she is in jail for years.

I knew this couldn't be in America. I couldn't get my daughter away from a felony drug addict that had nothing, lived with her mom and hasn't worked a job since my daughter was born, in 2001.

Once again you take plain English and turn it to something unrecognized. The point made by the article isn't anything about abortion. The point, as I stated, was that the law varies as to what constitutes a life. In the abortion instance the fetus isn't a life until a certain time frame, yet if you were to hit a woman with your cat who is two months pregnant and kill her child, you have just committed murder in the States eyes. Thus why I said I would appreciate the law to be consistent. As for …

I " believe" you jump to conclusions and don't know very much! Nothing in what I said could possibly be construed to say I don't believe in science, like where I literally said science is good and we shouldn't abandon it. For the low IQ, I'll explain in child like English what I wrote previously that most children already could have understood. Science changes and what we believe to be true today may not be true when our technology gets better. We may end up with a better understanding in the fu…

Statements from God would have to be from the Bible. You would have to read the Bible or at least listen to someone who has read the Bible to know anything about it. I fear you know nothing of God and only speak from ignorance of what His word says. https://www.focusonthefamily.com/pro-life/what-the-bible-says-about-the-beginning-of-life/ The law, in the United States, also says the fetus can be murdered and prescribes a penalty for such murder. I would appreciate that the law be consistent but …

Been saying something like this for decades. If a woman is allowed a choice of being a mother or not, then before the child is born the father should have the same choice.
