school PE grading Definitely. We were given points for how fast we ran the mile. For boys, five points for under 6 minutes, four points for under 7, etc. For girls, it was five points for under 7 minutes, four points for under 8, etc. What's that all about?

I think nipples are a private part of the body and shouldn't be put on display. We both think the male topless vs female topless problem is a problem, but we think the "fix" is the opposite. Allowing females to go topless would be to make the problem worse, restricting male toplessness would fix the problem. Since you seem to really focus on the inequality for about "toplessness", if that's even a word, I thought I'd chime in. I, too, disagree with the way we have it set up currently. Going topless should be illegal for both sexes. I would never, ever support legalizing women going topless, and I'm a dude. Ergo, us guys shouldn't go topless either. And, in fact, I don't. Even at the pool I wear a tankini top.

Who closes bathrooms? What I really hate is when my college hosts "Women's Conference". Almost every men's room gets a sign put on it that says "temporary women's room" and I can't find anywhere to pee. And is there ever a Men's Conference? No.

But the difference in life expectancy was only 1 year in the 1920s, you're telling me that the growth of the gap from 1 year to 6 years is because either: 1) Men are getting kamikaze or suicidal; 2) We're getting worse at protecting employees in high-risk occupations; or 3) Men are doing more dangerous stunt or increasingly dangerous stunts. None of those make sense to me. And never make blanket statements about what women or men do or don't do.

I think you're banking on the woman committing perjury on the witness stand. If the woman said, "Yeah, I started it completely unprovoked and he hit me back" there's no judge in the world who could convict you then. I may be atypical, but I get my 6" hair washed, conditioned, cut, styled, blow-dried, and straightened when I go to the salon. I've been told multiple times by stylists that they enjoy doing mine because it's refreshingly different than most times a man comes in. I pay $8 (and usually throw in a dollar tip).
