Simple tips for approaching optimal hormone profileI've eliminated that toxic trash from my life. I've been a few months off porn and masturbation and it's the best damn decision I've ever made. I kid you not, since quiting I've lost 30 lbs and gained substantial muscle, reading more books than I've ever had, learning self appreciation and gratitude, feeling more connected with others and women. All this has translated into me becoming a more balanced confident man and it's rewarded me with a great girlfriend and a promotion at my job and sense … | /r/TheRedPill | 25/09/17 08:37 PM
Simple tips for approaching optimal hormone profileWhile I agree with most if what you said, unfortunately when my body is in full ketosis my workouts suffer and I lose quite a bit of strength. Once I fully adapt to ketosis, do strength gains gradually return? Maybe I need to increase my fat intake? The problem with keto is the food is kinda limited and gets boring. Meat veggies and butter.... tons of butter or coconut oil. I find that I almost have to force myself to eat because I no longer get the signals to eat while in ketosis because it's s… | /r/TheRedPill | 25/09/17 07:06 PM
Simple tips for approaching optimal hormone profileYou're absolutely right on the carbs. I've gone fairly low carb borderline keto and I think that's what has messed me up. I've been upping my carbs and I feel better. Thanks for the great suggestions. | /r/TheRedPill | 25/09/17 04:18 PM
Simple tips for approaching optimal hormone profileMy sleep isn't super good quality. I typically go to bed at like 9 or 10 an wake up at 6. But it doesn't feel like I'm getting deep restorative sleep. I think my body is tired and adjusting to the changes. I've quit alcohol and using PMO. So, maybe my brains chemicals are still adapting and going through withdrawals? Maybe I need to see a doc and get a sleep aid or something while my brain and body change? | /r/TheRedPill | 25/09/17 03:24 PM
Simple tips for approaching optimal hormone profileThanks for the encouragement. The fatigue just sucks. Hopefully my body figures it out soon. | /r/TheRedPill | 25/09/17 03:06 PM
Simple tips for approaching optimal hormone profileI would agree with what you've said. Optimal hormone levels are necessary for a happy life. I'm hoping maybe one of you guys can chime in with what's going on with me though. The last 4 months I've really turned my life around. I've cleaned up my diet, lifting hard and practicing some boxing and focusing on a more well rounded lifestyle. I've lost 30 lbs and I'm really happy with my physique. Recently though, I've been feeling dead tired.... like zombie like and stressed. Got my blood tested to … | /r/TheRedPill | 25/09/17 02:49 PM
