Thank you for this. This has been useful. Since we have been roadtripping I mean shit like, im driving, i miss a turn off and shes like 'you never listen' or tuts and sighs in a very passive agressive way. I just want to outburst and shout but i contain myself. Its difficult though when your stressed out. My patience wears thin

That's a tad agressive. To be honest, I have had this mindset before and it done me no good. I do, at my core, realise all of this, but I believe it's ignorant to tar everyone with the same brush and I must say I like to project positivity and good intentions and a desire to help others - some of the essential building blocks of charisma. Eat often (smaller more frequent meals stabilize insulin levels). I've stopped doing this because I heard the contrary, that you should just get your eating over with in normal sized, regular meals. E.g. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. So much contradictory information on the internet, I don't know which way is up. Otherwise, thanks for the informative post. Sugar is the devil :)
