| 10 | Knocked up by 13 y.o, facing 30.I already replied to this concern, but they could do the same for medical procedures. What's stopping them from selling their kid's kidney on EBay and consenting to the organ donation? | /r/PussyPassDenied | 21/11/16 02:08 PM |
| 8 | Knocked up by 13 y.o, facing 30.Oh I agree. But this throws a wrench in our legal concept of "consent." If we are saying that a child is too young to have sex...fine, we have no (legal) problem. If we are saying a child is too young to CONSENT to sex, then we have a problem because parents can consent their kids for all kinds of things, but why not sex? Because it's an abusable power? The real story is much, much more complicated than that. I'll try to find some more detailed links for you soon, but I'm kinda busy this weekend. I need to learn to use the RemindMe bot... | /r/MensRights | 04/06/16 11:12 PM |

You need to be able to weigh the risks and benefits of both options and come up with an answer that makes sense for you. A 13 year old boy can't do that. He's just going to have sex with the hot teacher. Period. No regard for the legal consequences, getting her pregnant, etc. There's a biological reason for this, by the way.
