I think it's unfair this 'community' is denigrated the way that it is. Sure, there's outlandish people on here, like anywhere else. But overall, the primary message is self-improvement. As well as highlighting the differences in gender dynamics. I predict a lot more young men will turn to it in the coming years because of the reasons you've stated above.

A woman I had worked with previously had mentioned how her (teenage) son was afraid of his girlfriend dumping him. I had suggested he dump her cuz once you start thinking that way, the game’s already over. Move on and try again.

She'll be fine. She'll find some loser guy to marry her, have a kid(s), then divorce him and start the cycle over again. Assuming she's not a total dog. At least she seems somewhat conscious. Most girls like her continue their lifestyle blissfully unaware for many more years...

A lot of these concepts are well covered in Dale Carnegie’s ‘How to Win Friends and Influence People’. Great book, definitely helped me improve my social skills. Wouldn’t say it necessarily lead to an improvement in my sex life however...

I personally believe acquiring currency trumps all, but people think differently depending on what stage of life they’re in.

I feel like the aspect of 'game' is underrated on this sub. Sex is more like a democracy, you don't actually have to be good at your job. You just have to convey the image you are so you get elected. I know a woman in her mid/late 40s (very unattractive) who goes on OKC dates with loser guys every week. Some have great jobs, some don't. But the point is, you don't wanna be like these guys anyway. Women don't need 'game' - if they are attractive, guys will approach them.

This is a very succinct and accurate summarization of the decline in most male/female relationships in Western culture. Well said.

It was pretty obvious she was saying that as a way of letting me down gently while possibly keeping the door open for herself (not sure). But, she wasn’t in school. And we were both fairly professional people, so I doubt a comment like that would’ve helped. Shortly after, I dated a girl who was a single mom, worked full time, and was in grad school. So, if she wasn’t too busy - this girl certainly wasn’t.

Haha. I had casually gone out with a girl for a month or so, who became increasingly busy. She said the whole next month was her ‘busy month’. I told her, ‘If you don’t like me, or don’t want to do this anymore, you can just tell me. I won’t be offended, and appreciate honesty’. She said, ‘No, it’s not that. I’m just reeeaaally busy’. Last message I ever sent her.

Everybody seems to quickly jump on the lifting bandwagon here. And while I agree, building body strength is definitely important - knowing basic self defense or a martial art is important too. If you’re going to lift, you should also learn how to fight. Carrying (and property knowing how to use) weapons can also go a long way in situations like this.

Ego - noun - a person's sense of self-esteem or self-importance. Not sure how else to interpret that...

Interesting insight. But, is ego necessarily a bad thing? Yes, it inevitably puts an amount of pressure on you. But, you can use that pressure productively. Say, to become sharper at your job - or better at a hobby you’re pursuing. The better you become at these things, the more you deserve a higher sense of self-importance than the next man. Ego should come from a man’s accomplishments, though. And not be shaped by the woman he is with.

The last girl I dated was working on her Masters in something like Business Leadership. Basically a $20,000/yr degree where she read articles, wrote 'essays', and received As on most assignments. I'm not sure how far this will take her in the future, but I make more money with my STEM degree and a few certifications (that were fairly cheap to obtain) and am not in any debt. But, I've always felt there was a sense of arrogance and entitlement because she was going to 'Have a Masters'. I'm all for…

I saw a girl with blue lipstick on the other day, and asked 'Did Papa Smurf finish in your mouth!' She did not find it as amusing as I did, lol.

They make home kits you can buy (~$30), but aren't legally binding in court. All you need is a buccal swab swab from you, the kid, and some time away from the mother. If it turns out you AREN'T the father, I would recommend getting those results verified by an accredited laboratory. Again, all you need is a buccal swab, which you should be able to get when you're alone with the kid. If you don't think you can pull this off, I would just be upfront from the get-go 'If you ever get pregnant, I'm d…

Even if I had a strong marriage, with a wife of 10+ years, and a child that looked like me - I would still proceed with a DNA test. You can get it done discreetly, and match up yours and the childs DNA to determine paternity. There's really no downside to it.

I primarily swipe when I'm taking a dump or just lying in bed. It's probably a good idea to put a little effort into your photos (being a competent photographer can really put you ahead of the game). Generally, I've found it to be a pretty ineffective way of getting lower quality women, as you've stated. But it can be a useful tool to help you get periodically laid. I personally don't like to invest much time/effort into it though.

I'm just saying there's a massive divide between the food people eat, and how the food got to their plate. Everyone loves a good burger or chicken wings. But have they ever ripped the head off a chicken? Or slugged Bessie in the skull? Probably not. I've killed thousands of animals (for work) and let me tell you - taking the life of another creature is not pleasant. If you have any sort of heart, you feel something - every time. And the conditions that many of these animals live in on factory fa…

I liked your post man. I'm primarily vegetarian, and I get a lot of flack from meat eaters. I think if you can't look the animal you are eating straight in the eye and kill it, then you are a coward. Which most people (especially women), couldn't do. Anyway, I just wanted to point out (other than obvious protein requirements) that while iron is high in meat products, it's also attainable through leafy greens (ie spinach), beans, and other foods. B12 almost exclusively attained through meat and d…

It's not entirely foreign to me. I grew up sort of misogynistic (no sisters), and studied biochemistry in school - which reinforced most concepts (men=power/women=beauty) echoed here. Although I don't agree with everything I read. I've never got with many sluts, and usually maintained LTRs until one of us loses interest. However, I'm now seeing that this really isn't the best option, especially if you do not want children (like me). And every time I engage in a LTR, I lose contact with all other…

I am fairly new to this whole 'RP lifestyle' - or whatever it's called here. And thought I had dated some 'high quality' women in the past. But in hindsight, AWALT has always applied. And for the ones that left, I can say that my (hopefully previous) 'beta' mindset definitely factored into that. And for the record, I don't see anything particularly wrong with pulling 'skanks or sluts'. I just don't want them in my life outside of any sexual manner.

These are some good anecdotes man. I agree, 'day-game', say, at the gym, or at the grocery store just feels like your bothering women most of the time. At night, I feel like a majority of women fall into the categories you lay out 'skanks, stuck-up sorority chicks, etc'. Which, might occasionally get you laid - often at the cost of settling for either less attractive women, or ones with super shallow personalities. Engaging in classes and activities that are not only fun, but actually help you i…

Few things I'd like to mention from experience - take it for whatever it's worth. First - if I'm fucking a girl for the first time, I'm putting max effort into it. I prematurely ejaculate with the best of em, but at least put some time into foreplay, going down, fucking multiple times, whatever. I guarantee they remember that shit much more than the size of your dick. Second - be very selective about the people you fuck at work. I've dabbled with it in the past, and am very reluctant to now. It …

I'm mostly agreeing with you here. I don't think there's anything wrong denying a woman exclusivity as long as you're upfront about it. And I don't think there's anything wrong her denying you that as well. And as long as no one is exclusive, I think dread will inherently be built into the relationship. It's up to you to control it. Once an actual relationship does begin to develop, I don't think either partner should tolerate this type of behavior. I certainly would not put up with it. Once a p…
