It's little things. You are more likely to be treated like a lady; a door held open for you, an elderly man may tip his hat. I can't imagine getting free stuff though. And when I dress up, I feel nicer/ more graceful too and I think that could also be coming across across and effect how I'm treated.

I have to wear a kind of dumpy uniform for work (911 dispatcher) so I try to feminize it by putting my hair in a French twist, some makeup, and dainty jewelry. When it comes off at night I have some pretty pjs to put on.

Lifting heavy has many health benefits including healthy bones. You will only turn into a man if you start taking steroids, that is what the muscle monsters do. Worst case scenario you will probably look like an underwear model, it will give you a shapely form, think Victoria Secret angel.

I'm working on Christmas and have no family so it will be box lunch: sandwich, piece of fruit, a coffee, but I'm sure there will be tons of sweets that people bring in, probably pie and cookies. When I get home I'll have a glass of wine and might bust open a can of mixed nuts.
