I worked in hospitality for 5 years, for a couple of those years I also did a lot of private functions, including hens nights. Women can be very grabby, extremely persistent and quite often petulant when they don't get their way. I must point out though, just as many were great customers. You are conflating two separate issues. Child abuse and rape stats are two separate issues. I have seen people argue here argue against terms such as 'Rape Culture' and the assumption all men are potential rapists. There is a also a lot of debate regarding misleading statistics, where researchers decide that women have been raped when they themselves hadn't thought so. MRAs are not blocking the conversation, they are trying to open it up, so it is no longer dominated by a particular ideology.

As far as I know, where I live at least, this is not the case. If you encourage a person to drink, then encourage them to drive, you may have some liability, but I not sure if it would be criminal.
