I am one of these guys who thinks that women are inferior but I do think that they still deserve equal consideration and treatmetn as all other living beings. It is important to note that 'equal' does not mean 'same'. I don't consider myself to be an MRA btw.

Playing a video game is viewed the same way as if you whipped out some GI Joes and made a little battle scene on a table. Or do you do that too? People who are completely disconcerted with their appearance, literally or figuratively, are probably in poor mental health in more than one way. You're right that a woman should also be called "woman child" (or something similar) when she does the childish things you mentioned. You either accept the term and become an emasculated, seemingly undesirable nobody, or you take issue with the term, and you are then either "throwing a fit," "can't handle the truth," or must obviously have a complex of some sort or another.
