| 1 | Fucking disgusting. It was posted on the feminism subreddit. Thoughts?Well, I didn't limit myself to google, I went to actual diferente sites than from google to get a cohesive response to the definition. But alright, I can agree with you on the whole "acts" perspective. Actions DO speak louder than words. However, we can be here the whole day tallying up the "good" and "bad" feminists did until the cows come home. But maybe along the way and time of what the movement did and how it changed, that it resulted up on being human. Maybe, we shouldn't condemn the small… | /r/MensRights | 11/05/21 03:43 PM |
| -4 | Fucking disgusting. It was posted on the feminism subreddit. Thoughts? The example of a definition that you showed is one that is subjectivly presented by the dictatorial North Korean regime trying to mask their true intentions. The definition I showed you is from an objective source. But if you feel like that Google Dictionary is subjective or in favor to the feminism you think exists, then it wouldn't make much sense that Wikitionary, Camridge Dictionary, Oxford English Dictionary and various other realiable sources have the same definition. The movement, in acco… | /r/MensRights | 11/05/21 03:22 PM |
| 2 | Fucking disgusting. It was posted on the feminism subreddit. Thoughts? It's not necessairly just this subreddit or even just reddit. It's every social media out there. It's just wired in the human's brain to oppose dialogue, open-mindedness and change. Hey, I'm human, I can have those flaws too, but you know, at least I try. So we'll never have progress and change. | /r/MensRights | 11/05/21 02:40 PM |
| -4 | Fucking disgusting. It was posted on the feminism subreddit. Thoughts?I checked the defintion of feminism. In accordance to Google Dictionary feminism is defined as: "the advocacy of women's rights on the ground of the equality of the sexes" and not: "goal of making sure women are never held accountable for their crimes." I don't think anyone should be automatically absolved of crimes just because they belong to a specific gender, race or whatever. I don't think it's impossible to criticize feminism, its sub-types just encompass different social, economical, phils… | /r/MensRights | 11/05/21 02:32 PM |
| -6 | Fucking disgusting. It was posted on the feminism subreddit. Thoughts?I don't think this should be necessairly considered to be "classic feminism," rather, this should be considered a case of "throwing the bath water with the baby." The logic being the following: here's two exemples of men of getting away from justice just because they're men, therefore, all men are sanctioned from punishment. I think this is a case of a comment not taking in account the factors and circumstences of the rich and powerful men in the example in the example presented. Feminism is a m… | /r/MensRights | 11/05/21 12:51 PM |
