Specific examples were cited. Its one thing to say its cherry picked. It's another thing you ignore that in the vast majority of the cases it's usually men who get this treatment. Roesler v. Roesler is cited with the case hyperlinked. How do you justify a judge who granted a combat veteran a divorce from his wife based on the wife's physical cruelty but then gives custody of both kids to the wife and makes him pay 4000 a month in child support? That isn't cherry picked. That happened. The point …

I call it the Silver Bullet. Many of these hearings are only 15 minutes long. So judges have to decide in 15 minutes if you're a rapist, child molesting, tax cheat, space alien who kicks puppies in their spare time.

It was. And no he didn't just go from not paying. His child support was so outrageous that he couldn't afford it and went from living a comfortable life to living with his mother. On top of that these are trumped up charges if he wasn't even allowed a continuance given his lawyer wasn't even present. This judge did the exact same thing to me as well so I know what he is saying is true. That bitch is a piece of shit.

Letting people know. The biggest issue here is that the litigants themselves can't talk about their cases publicly. In fact, Mr. Doran has been court ordered to not speak about his case on social media. The same happened to me. We have to help one another and talk about these cases because many of the fathers involved can't do it and if they do they'll get fined and/or thrown in jail.

One visit to family court will shut him up. Used to be a male feminist. That's what ended that for me. Family court has a way of shutting up guys like this. Give it time.

All I want is your stories. I'll write them. Court documents exposing bad judges helps.

Thank you guys for the silver. I'm still in shock we have a judge like this lady here.

The politically correct answer is that she simply disagrees. The truthful answer? Shes Beth Bernstein who is a Democrat. From her first name you can tell she is a woman. You're asking me why wouldn't a female Democrat in a party notorious for having people single out men as to why she doesn't support an equal parenting bill?

We are trying. I got that information from the founder of the father's rights movement here. Clint Doran is his name and he wants people to know his story. I did a YouTube video featuring his story and many other stories. The audio quality isn't the best. https://youtu.be/RGmyGHXD1DM

My representative, South Carolina Senator Beth Bernstein, is the one opposing it. It's sad.

If any of you have problematic judges, lawyers or anything contact me. Give me a chance to help you expose them. This is a personal crusade to me and as you can see I'm very fucking good at this. Let me fight the battles you can't fight. I'll listen to anyone.

You have the South Carolina office of judicial conduct. But if you read the below article from the Post and Courier which and the State which are both publications here we have learned that in more than 1000 complaints there hasn't been a single public reprimand despite that office having the capacity to make such statements. Pro Publica had to ASK people to come forward with their stories on South Carolina judges since court records are sealed so often. People here are scared. https://www.propu…

Except this time someone like me who is a very high functioning autist who gave Pro Publica a good bit of their material against this state's judicial system. They've made the wrong enemy.

I found one named Monet Pincus. Check her out. She is a real piece of work. She made a man who is a guardian ad litem lose in court to his baby mama who was out on bail for felony child endangerment and I got video evidence of his testimony under oath in front of the Senate. https://thecounter.news.blog/2019/12/22/monet-pincus-the-poster-child-for-south-carolina-judicial-reform/

I have a personal grudge against judges so I'll be releasing shit like this in the group everyday. I write this blog. I want to get even for what happened to me as a kid.

In fact the judge I'm talking about may or may not be this person. Read it. I poured months of research into this lady. She will show you that what I say is true and that judges will just remove your kids for any reason but especially if you're a dad. https://thecounter.news.blog/2019/12/22/monet-pincus-the-poster-child-for-south-carolina-judicial-reform/

In this state there could a multitude of reasons. I've seen dads who haven't been allowed to see their kids due to marijuana accusations and were drug tested by a judge who was arrested for weed before. I know this to be the case because its my case. Paid for the 10 panel hair follicle and came back clear. Paid for it at the cost of more than 200 dollars. I'm stuck in a weird legal limbo. Trust me, if you knew what kinda stuff happens here on the regular you'd see dads being removed from kids fo…

If you'd like I could look into it. On my site I have a contact form but give me a little more right here and let's see if I can help.

Yeah. It's a sad case all around. The guy had multiple kids and now they have to depend on one parent. It's the kids who got fucked the most here. It isn't fair.

That wasn't the case and especially given how she is behaving at the moment. She even helps with the local group that is helping me as a father. She said the main reason why she can't let go is because of Mason. I get it. I got a son too and if anyone hurt my boy like that I'd be enraged too.

In the article I included a comment from one of his kids that the child left on an online obituary. Little Mason has to be living a nightmare right now. When I read that comment I had to take a break. I broke down. Children don't deserve that. Its Christmas for fuck sake. His dad won't be around to give him anything and its this piece of shit's fault. His widow is posting about this all over the internet on behalf of fathers because it's all she has. She lost the best man she had ever known and …

I will. But let me inform you how things actually work here in South Carolina. This is an article from the post and courier newspaper and Pro Publica just did a probe into our judicial system and found shocking stuff. Read it and understand why I can't stop this fight. This is one of the most corrupt states you'll ever see and I'm not being hyperbolic. https://www.postandcourier.com/news/inside-sc-s-secretive-process-for-disciplining-judges/article_06563a22-5c7d-11e9-a9d7-c7c5e7181088.html https…

Put your mind at ease. I talked to Matt Younginer personally. If you knew this dude you'd know why this judge is a monster. Google his name. You'll see his only passion is charity golf tournaments for blind kids. I'm not sure how the hell he has the money to keep this up. I think he is still upset over how he got treated and is trying his best to make the world a better place. His grandfather started Providence Hospital here who won't turn away anyone who needs help. His daughter grew to be an o…

And it's not like she didn't admit to it. I put the proof of that in the writing itself where she admitted to it in her own words. If you don't think someone who got arrested for the very same substance they were in handcuffs for and has in fact had kids taken from their parents over this isn't just a wee bit hypocritical I'm not sure how else to explain it.
/r/MensRights22/12/19 09:43 AM

It's not a him. It's a her. The point is that this judge is blatantly biased against fathers and has them drug tested if they are even accused of smoking weed. In this state you can have your kids taken away for that yet this judge has a weed arrest to her record. You don't find that just a wee bit hypocritical? Not to mention all of the other stuff mentioned in the writing such as a guardian ad litem losing in this judge's court room when that guardian was against a woman who was out on bail fo…

I wanna fight monsters like her. I dont care about fame. My life was ruined thanks to family court here in this state. I got abused and molested because they wouldnt give my dad a fucking chance. Judges like this monster caused that shit and I want to expose all of the rat bastards I find. Stay tuned.
