-10	For men also... She's 100% correct and you're all missing the point. I also work in a very male dominated industry that is considered masculine, but it is making a genuine effort to improve. While that effort is incredibly important and shouldn't be denigrated, the way the organization goes about it is incredibly ham handed. For example, a question I was asked recently was "Has your sex/gender made you feel excluded?" I'm a man in an >85% male organization. How the fuck is that a relevant question to ask me?
