I've been on the internet long enough to completely understand haha. It can certainly get frustrating hearing the same BS every time a subject is brought up. You just have to understand that we, like anyone else, love our families and to hear that our parents mutilated our genitals or that we are doing the same to our children is offputting. Especially when it is chalked up to vanity. I just think there are always people in the crowd that don't actually give a shit about circumcision and just li…

If that's true than thank you for joining the fight. It wasn't the case when I posted, which is why I said 'let the circumcised start the process.' You seem to be skipping right past my point to treat me like I'm leading the pro-circumcision campaign. If it makes no sense to you that people who have actual experience with a custom/tradition should have their opinion heard, than there is no use continuing the discussion. If you were an advocate for a voiceless victim, it would be honorable. But if circumcised people outright tell you that they don't need your support, than it kind of comes off as you dismissing their opinion and your fight looks less like support and more like a cultural attack.

And now they are fully able to speak for themselves. We're not talking about women in the middle east. We're talking about white Christians from America. Obviously other people are circumcised, but white males from the US are circumcised for the most part and they are the furthest thing from voiceless. Why not let them take up the fight? As they are the ones who are actually dealing with this. Americans don't need them fighting their battles.

I think this is a fight that should be initiated by the circumcised. These are not voiceless victims we are talking about here.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
