Multiple modern day studies show this to be false, as far as being bad for your kidneys. Studies from the 90's advisef exercised caution in the use of creatine for the kidneys because it hasn't been around long enough to have any long term side effects. It definitely retains water, which is a good thing for building mass and strength.

Millions of vets have been to basic training. Only about 10 percent of those vets have deliberately trained for direct action combat. Most of those vets are paper pushers, truck drivers, cooks, etc. Out of the soft skill jobs maybe ten percent of those would be worth anything in combat. We call them soft skills for a reason.

This is just a list with the biggest rating disparity between men and women.
