“Privilege” discourse may well have started out as a deeply academic study in different forms of passive status but in everyday use it’s nothing more than a way to disregard the experiences and views of someone you dislike while attempting to cover yourself from any justified backlash.

Controlling the direction of one’s life is unfemimine. No amount of whining and crying by women is going to change that. No one here is hating women for being unfeminine. It's more a feeling of disgust.

Absolutely agreed, my point is that very often there will be two different and potentially even opposing viewpoints of an action because men and women are different so that “not caring” looks and behaves differently based on that context.

I too think parts of TRP and especially the men who make up it can frequently be incredibly sad. However, I don’t think that believing that men and women love differently is inherently bad, as I have seen it save a man from inevitable harm based on incorrect assumptions.

Adoption removes some of the costs that being captain saveaho for a single mom presents yes. However, it will always be best for a man to father his actual children.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/21 08:01 PM

Being a father is very time/resource intensive, so the only way it’s worth it is if the child is mine. As well, because women are hypergamous and follow a dual mating strategy, women with children from another man are likely looking for replacement fathers that they are not aroused by or even all that attracted to. A woman with a child will only ever see a man as at best third, after her and the kid. She’s also physically less attractive than an equivalent woman without some other man’s child. I…

They’re not all self reported. However, I am aware of the recent criticism of the studies so my opinion is that a larger study is needed, one large enough to support meta analysis, but I don’t believe the criticism invalidates the findings, but I’m biased because those findings match my lives experience so well.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/21 03:08 PM

A woman’s income is not attractive to me, and especially for short term is completely immaterial. For an LTR, it’s most important that her income never become a point of hypergamous unhaaaaappiness between us, which effectively means I’ll make more. That said, the only reason I’d be in an LTR is to raise children so her working a little to spread costs would be nice.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/21 02:49 PM

I could link several studies that show behavioral shifts in women both between subsets of men (af/bb) as well as preference switching between short and long term partners in and out of estrous respectively, but I’ve had really poor rates of women reading links and saying “oh yeah I guess we do have a tendency to do that” lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/21 02:44 PM
1

I pretty much agree with that, but of course women have a dual mating strategy and so kindness and stability - though legitimately attractive to most women - is not arousing for them, and it’s in no man’s best interests to be the stable guy a woman settles for after she can no longer keep an unstable guy. It matters a lot less in this case whether a criminal has social standing or not than whether it helps him fuck. Case in point, men made Jeremy Meeks a felon (low status) but women thought he w…

Do you think average guys like boring low confidence women If she’s hot. Under present conditions of material largesse, evolutionarily novel birth control and a deregulated sexual marketplace old-order concepts and strategies are either massively less successful or simply no longer work. What that means is that relationships are now sexual attraction first, with everything else following after.

There’s no such thing as meaningless sex. I’ve “meant” to have every bit of sex I’ve had. As for LTRs, learning how and what to vet for in women, as well as the patience to let the process of finding LTR worthy women work is so much easier once he is in a state of sexual abundance. That’s not burn out, it’s independence.

Of course, and those that chase them down and arrest them are also overwhelmingly men. In fact, in any case of ‘things done’ whether good or bad, it’s men doing it. Human sexuality did not evolve for stable societies at scale. Stability requires putting restrictions on hypergamy. TRP is a means for individual men to attempt to maximize their SMV/RMV in our current deregulated sexual marketplace. The long term fix though is basically a return to patriarchy, or eventual collapse if not (and replacement by a patriarchy). That collapse could take a long time though, because industrial levels of wealth and globalized levels of population makes for lots and lots …

This. The reliable failure point for MRAs is the belief that there has ever or will ever be a co-equal parity between men as a group and women as a group. There will not. The goal then as goes societal rules is to create a system that takes the evolved nature of both and stably creates something greater than the sum of its parts. (This is called patriarchy). When/if that system is unbalanced or weakened, and no systemic fix is immediately on offer, then individual men or small groups of them wor…

A SAHM dad probably has more time to chase other women. As well, because female breadwinners are for more likely to leave their men, then a man who is capable of keeping a woman even at such a disadvantage is more probable of a higher than average SMV, which of course is fungible towards other women. Lastly, women earning more than men inverts a very deeply evolved dimorphic polarity between the sexes, and whereas that can frequently grate on a guy, it’s tough to feel down when you have a soft h…

The ‘manosphere’ does have a problem with grifters and the sub itself is a poster child for eternal september, and it’s hardly a movement at critical mass at a societal level because the amount of sex being had/bad continues to decline, but it has very much helped me personally as well as the couple men in real life I know who also know it and bounce ideas off one another.

Agreed there. I used to read and comment on TRP pretty regularly like five years ago when I was first learning all the stuff. /r/PurplePillDebate14/11/21 12:10 AM

Not really. I found TRP after I was falsely accused of rape, a lot of men find it after a divorce or infidelity they didn’t see coming. Parts of the two sex’s strategies are adversarial so it’s not “woman bad” it’s “avoid getting got” and there is a lot of anger and bitterness but I think it’s largely justified because a lot of the men have been very badly hurt and there’s few other places to get it out and learn how to avoid a repeat. TRP has definitely helped me have more sex, and it’s a straw…

Women have less variability than men: it’s less that there’s different niches for women and more that there are a set of attributes and behaviors that are attractive/arousing to an overwhelming majority of women, and it’s best for men to learn those and then vet women that are already attracted to them for things like values and submissiveness.

I can see why you’d think that for all of them but no. Certainly some did especially when I was in my early 20s and hadn’t built myself to where I am now and didn’t have my current experience. Some waned because they went across the country for things like grad school and jobs, and even then the best of those (those most closely following the pattern) would invite me to EDM concerts and holiday parties where they were, and it took longer to fizzle out even with the distance. The ones that I’m currently with, of course. Some were casual flings that just waned. Some ended earlier than they could have because of mistakes on my end, but the pattern when they were good and especially of the ones I remember most fondly were broadly similar.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/21 11:53 PM

I’m not trying to be dismissive but I am going off my own experiences here. My best relationships - casual or more defined - have been when the girl sees me as the leader and better than either her or her past experiences, and my worst, least happy and most rule filled ones have been when I am not. This matches TRP’s AF/BB dichotomy reasonably well, but I understand that my own experience isn’t everything.

I think so, or rather, because under a classic patriarchy it is men setting the sexual mores, then feminism would attempt to limit sexual restrictions (for women, not everyone) up until the point where declining returns reach critical mass and/or men responding by changing their behavior leads to a growing sex negative hypergamy ending - historically, no idea what will happen this time - in the reintroduction of patriarchy and a new balance, which is the cycle we were discussing earlier.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/21 11:38 PM

Because women are hypergamous and men are not.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/21 10:40 PM

Or might cycle in a different way: context matters a lot, it’s just filtered through a human nature that doesn’t change much which is why history rhymes even when it doesn’t repeat.

I disagree, I think it goes in cycles though there is some truth in what you say. Stable does not mean equal, and attempting to prioritize equity regularly leads to instability because men and women are not the same. The inverse is also true, but the west is so far away from a stable paradigm that I don’t believe it’s a risk at present. Women have never and will never take responsibility of their own accord because doing so would curtail hypergamy. This is why the standard solution throughout history has been to give men greater authority than women to counteract men’s greater responsibility. Anything else is a moral hazard as you note currently.

I don’t think that’s true. My introduction to TRP was a false rape accusation when I was in college. I was very angry and unhappy as I rebuilt from that, and justifiably so. I understand that my experiences are not everyone’s, but men and women’s sexual strategies are in large part adversarial, and I’m incredibly sympathetic to men’s frustration at this particularly when dealing with young women at their sexual peak and when there are few easy ways for them to reduce such a large power disparity…

It’s not normal, in that zero generations have ever before attempted to live without gender. Gender norms are both performative and biological, which means there are limits to how malleable the two sexes are. That, right there, is why Rollo says women require Indignation. Indignation to a woman is a marker that she has found something - in this case a man - that will not bow to her capricious whims. This is simultaneously incredibly arrousing in the short term and potentially dangerous to her long term security needs. It’s this paradox between security and thrill that is best balanced by an experience that gives her indignation, and she’ll manufacture it herself if she doesn’t get it from you.

As a guy, a woman’s career choice doesn’t really have any bearing at all on her attractiveness, with the caveat that some professions make a woman less attractive. If I were a doctor it’s likely I’d pair up with another medical worker because that’s who I’d mostly be around - and because nurses are 90%+ women - but as /u/DisposableWipe said, Hypergamy is a female trait that simply doesn’t have a male analogue.

I had a full ride ROTC scholarship until a false rape accusation took it all away. If you wanna Officer then go Officer, but know that you’ll spend more time doing “don’t rape” courses than doing training before getting out in four years like most junior grades. Collapse generally proceeds logarithmically, which means "very slowly, and then all at once". The West obliterated itself metaphysically and culturally in the World Wars, which left itself open to the follow on infections of feminism and cultural marxism. These have been steadily raising social and in many cases financial costs for more than half a century now, and the curve is in some ways accelerating since there no longer exists a mechanism to restore what was lost and thus began the decline …

By your logic we should immediately scrap all divorce law since it is men who live in fear of potentially losing their livelihoods and families in a divorce, with divorce being another thing that women initiate disproportionately.

Men are statistically more likely to be victims of violent crime than women. Also, you ignored the stat of women initiating 70% of non reciprocal partner violence as well as the majority of child abuse, in favor of more "woe is women" bullshit.

The claim (a la motte and bailey) is that it is about equality. I'd argue that superiority is exactly what feminism has always been about, whether it was "women's lib" when that was the fashionable saying or called something else.

can't be more equal That's the point, and why it's so funny that people still claim it is. I'm glad at least you're admitting it's not about equality though.

In social terms yes and they always will be. But only young women: over the age of thirty and things start to flip heavily But the sheer disparity of attractive power between a young woman and a man of the same age is a large part of why "equality" reliably becomes female superiority.

/r/PussyPassDenied03/06/17 01:56 AM

Women have been more equal than men since the beginning of universal suffrage since women were given the vote without the same responsibilities men still have. Women's lib has never been about equality.

It was. My question to that is... when? Feminism has always stood for the advancement of women. Period. First wave wanted men's rights, but rejected men's responsibilities. Second wave rejected women's responsibilities to family and society. Third wave is wanting to increase men's responsibility to women. Pretty much: feminism has been a female supremacy movement since its inception. I know or Mrs. Paglia quite well. And of how viciously she's been attacked by mainstream feminists since, unlike …

The bad thing is, that's the entire point of feminism: using sexuality to control men. And you are doing absolutely the correct thing for yourself by being cautious of the evils of false rape charges - I say this as a man who was falsely accused six years ago. It's just toxic to society, which feminism either wants or doesn't care about.

When a wife outearns her husband, the risk of her divorcing him skyrockets, and this on top of women initiating 70%+ of divorces. What this shows is women getting worried that they'll never get married. Or, said another way: feminism is transforming American relationships as a whole into what black America looks like. I'm not making a moral argument for gender roles, I'm saying that gender roles to begin with arose as praxeologic solutions to problems. For example, men are stronger than women and are biologically more disposed to manipulating objects. Therefore, mechanics are men. This sucks for the minority of women who want/can be mechanics and the minority of men who are stuck in family jobs do to laws forbidding them to seek other work (which has happened historically), but it benefits society as a whole,…

By the 1840s the US was overwhelmingly White. Even considering remaining Indian populations (which were minuscule by then) or blacks, seeing as the slimmest ratio of black slaves to Whites in the US was in the late 1820s. Because feminism hates femininity and envies masculinity. The foundational lie of feminism is "if only we could make women exactly like men", because then feminists could feel the same type of manly pride that men do when they create things and build things and discover things, which men do at levels orders of magnitude above women even with the current push to androgynize everything. That men have traditionally had a larger burden to bear, equaled out by a larger share of authority in society. Feminism for all its lies about empowerment and liberation is completely uninterested in relieving men's responsibility, men's Burden of Performance. Instead they are interested solely in sequestering as much male authority as possible, leaving a giant mismatch between who's benefiting and who's paying, literally in the sense of the tax spread in Western nations.
/r/MensRights25/03/17 12:56 AM

This jives with the New Zealand study that showed that women paid no net taxes over their entire lifetimes. Men are the tax base. Men used to receive appropriate authority and respect for their superior responsibility. They no longer do, and it's breaking the incentives for society to function.

We kinda do. Humans self-segregate. In places where diversity is forced for one reason or another to exist close together, conflict becomes much more likely all else being equal. Feminists do deny biology. Gender is a social construct came out of feminism and is just as wrong and harmful now as it was then. Feminists clamor for equality of outcome, implicitly denying the sex-based split in employment found even when there is equality of opportunity. Men and women have different brains. I'll sour…

Women's reproductive rights are important. So are men's. One is lawfully protected. One isn't. Feminists are trying to keep one unprotected. And women as a whole still aren't independent: see the New Zealand study from 2013 that showed that, even as the majority of women worked, none were net contributors to government coffers. Equality of opportunity or equality of outcome? Do you? Since naturally we're arguing opposite points what prerequisites should we both have? I know you're determined to make me some neck beard misogynist but you're simply wrong. The differences between men and women are more than musculature and do include differences in brain connectivity and even average size. You're getting downvoted because you're putting all of the responsibility on men for things that are done to them by others, but you're not entirely wrong. Men are hardwired to protect women: as studies show, women have an in-group bias for women, and men have an in-group bias for.... also women. As well, in societies like England you have a truly continuous society for nearly a full millennium (will be in 2066) where men provided for women and women cared for men. Entire centuries of English Co…

Men are always going to be seen as more disposable, because on a purely reproductive level (a level so deeply rooted it informs a lot of higher functions) men are more disposable. Now that says nothing about individual worth, but society cares little for that anyways. What past societies figured out - and which we will eventually once the costs of feminist idiocy grow high enough to collapse the largesse necessary to spawn it - is that part and parcel of men's disposability is men's greater util…

I don't mean to speak only through quotes, but elsewhere in this thread there's a quote from the inestimable Rollo Tomassi that explains why - although women should be succeeding "equally" by now, they never will: "I would love to see women’s organic business successes despite themselves, but my guess is that every failure or setback would have some tinge of external sexism attached to them. The truth is there are very few women who actually create something of worth because the easier path to s…

True. What /u/furchfur is saying is that united groups of men are what has built and sustained not only business but the civilization that business depends upon. Feminism wants the fruit without the effort, while also denigrating the effort men still have to put in to have the fruit. As such it is incredibly corrosive, and not only to business.

Nationalism is the love and support of one's nation and identity. I agree that governments love to wave the flag in times of trouble as a smokescreen, but I would call that statism. The Nationalism that I or especially a guy named /u/Alt-Right_is_rising support is diametrically opposed to elitism as they are close cousins to globalism and the utopian equalist cult from which feminism came originally. They have nothing for us but contempt and yet more inequality.

Incorrect. Feminism at best has advocated for male authority for women without concurrent responsibility. As worst it's simple misandry while attempting to transfer as much wealth and power to women as possible. Equality has never been the goal.

Societal intolerance of male emotion manifests as depriving men of places to be emotional where they are not harmed for letting their guard down. It meant depriving men of all male groups, of brotherhoods that they trusted and worked with. Here they could mourn or vent as well as laugh and think. And we've destroyed almost all of that. Women's liberation movements are a reliable historical indicator of decedance, which does very often lead to collapse since it is not sustainable. Feminists who believe in th Duluth model are sexist and hence by definition are not feminists. Good god, that's the most blatant No True Scotsman I've seen in a while. Especially considering that the women who advocated for the Duluth model were all self-avowing feminists and advocates the Duluth Model as part of feminist theory. Actually understanding the harm that feminism does not only with Duluth, but also in cases like the National Organization for Women working against shared custody and f…

Radical feminism has shot its bolt. It is increasingly unpopular and has been shown for the lunacy that it is. But garden variety feminism, the "I'm not a misandrist but" feminist women that don't outright hate men but enjoy the things feminism has whined enough to have men gift them, aren't. So yes, it's being blunted, but there's quite a ways to go.

The short answer: feminism poisons everything. The long answer: feminism along with other facets of the postindustrial world have completely broken intersexual relations, without replacing it with anything near a suitable replacement. Instead, what it has done is not only increasingly sought to deprive men of spaces and missions with which to practice and cultivate masculinity, but also has increasingly sought to outright define masculinity by women. What this results in is an even more broken i…

Define "working better": in a hundred years the West will he hardly recognizable, but barring a global catastrophe Afghanistan will look like Afghanistan. I agree that the West is a much more productive comfortable Civilization, but a lot of that is due to having access to much higher energy surpluses, and the legacy of a superior culture. However, that energy surplus led to the same decedance wealth that spawned feminism in the first place, and has eaten away at traditional Western behavior to …

That just sucks. Might not mean much from an internet stranger but that just sucks. Ever consider prostitutes and video games or whatever you're into? Hypoagency plus deniable manipulation is female power, even long before feminism. Feminism is simply the worst aspects of femininity let loose on politics, and as such will never stop demanding men have all responsibility but only half or less of any authority.

Feminism and women's liberation only happens in wealthy nations with no clear threats. There's not enough surplus to sustain it otherwise. Feminism is effectively women throwing off their traditional responsibilities while expecting men to continue to perform theirs uninterrupted. As well - and tellingly - feminism and women's lib only arose once industrialization increased to the point that it effectively erased women's work. Feminism hurts men. Thus, men are increasingly taking the rational re…

Rep. Davis is trying to make the old system work using the new system's laws and I don't thihk it will work. The majority of divorces are already citing "incompatibility", the majority of them are initiated by women, and since family courts are already laughably biased against men making laws that allow for yet more wealth transference from men to women is stupid since marriage is already tilted in women's favor. I agree with Davis' unspoken assumption that marriage is a bedrock of society, but …

The pithy answer is "the Alt-Right", but in general I'd say it's anyone who realizes that there are differences between men and women and that massive changes to the ways one sex behaves will necessarily need to be balanced by commensurate changes in the other, otherwise large and growing problems will emerge that eventually endanger the prosperity that allowed such experimentation in the first place.

Basically that anything feminine can do no wrong. You see it most egregiously in churches, where women are free to divorce at will and take the kids and the man better be there to pay pay pay. They can't see traditional gender roles as the (biologically based) social compromise that is is and so therefore can't see men doing anything else than be Ward Cleaver even though June Cleaver left him fifty years ago.

Women who earn more than their husbands divorce them at an even higher rate than the already marriage-as-an-institution breaking "normal" rates. Men pay 75% of taxes. Women even in STEM fields drop out at far higher rates than men. Equal pay rates are great if the goal is equality across the board. But the goal is not equality across the board, and women especially seem to be incapable of changing their own preferences in light of their (massively state assisted) rise to equal pay with men, lead…

I like the concept but don't think it has to be binary. Becoming conscious of women's differences, the ways in which they can harm men and, to stray a bit from MRA-dom a bit, what reliably attracts them vs what they say doesn't mean you have to be a basement dweller. A man going his own way in regards to marriage, or relationships, or sex or even contact with women is a man simply taking a more honest look than what the usual narratives allow and coming to his own conclusions, and I think many o…

I think women as a whole don't and can't understand what it's like to be a man period, including men's higher libido. However, I think women in aggregate are aware that a difference exists, and many women exploit it openly. Women being the desired sex is one of the most deeply rooted biological differences between the sexes and that in-built inequality demands a balanced compromise in order to have any harmonious balance, not the illogical hamfisted "equality" we have today.

The problem with "misogyny" is that for the past forty years it's been a completely emotion based argument since women are the majority on college campuses. As well, women interpret men treating them as equals as being sexist so claims of "undercurrents of misogyny" to me just sound like women not getting everything they want. The numbers actually show the opposite for nursing, in that men actually leave at higher rates than women within four years. However, the gap is very small, at ~7 men and …

Thats the way it normally goes. Women are never held to the same standard men are, and that becomes a moral hazard when feminists clamor for legal equality without taking that into effect. That's how you get current situations where colleges are 60% women and there's a furor every time men get a single scholarship, or the still ticking wage gap lie even though men pay 75% of taxes. Feminism doesn't care about those things because feminism has never been about an equal balance between the sexes.

Is a perfect example of what I'm talking about. Men as a whole did not have universal or even majority suffrage for most of human history. In the US, male suffrage came with the responsibility of potentially being drafted. Women had no such responsibility when they received the vote and still don't. Inequality of outcome does not equal oppression. That's an illogical argument that feminists and other equalists have used to gain power without responsibility.

Women aren't ever going to pay like men do, so that's a false equivalency. The reason that women are let go after pregnancy is their very well known trend of simply not coming back to work after childbirth, or only coming back part time. And yes, I have sources. So effectively, letting pregnant women go seems to be exactly what they want. Unless it isn't, and they can get attention and/or lawsuit money out of it. Feminism in a nutshell.

Source: Men pay far more taxes than women, to the point where without men the system would collapse Source: I was off, women in the US are responsible for only 75% of consumer spending Regardless, the numbers make clear that post-industrial civilization is the greatest wealth transfer in history, from men to women.

Very true. But being judged negatively by women can preclude the family forming part of that. Part of the problem with affirmative action and how the Great Recession affected men 4-1 to women, is that even as women become more and more favored economically, they also retain their individual societal favoring over an equivalent man. Pushed far enough and this completely breaks down the relationship between the sexes.

Post 1945 conflict is won when minority movements are able to mobilize the mass population to agree to or support their goals. Violence may or may not be the foremost tool used, but to say it has no utility is simply wrong.

Not really. The USSR collapsed financially and socially (not primarily because of Afghanistan, that caused a collapse of Russian military culture) and it was these twin collapses that made it impossible for Soviets to violently resist, but not Chechens or Serbians or Croatians or Oilgarchs. And those social and economic collapses were not brought about by peaceful demonstrations.

Gandhi was successful because the British were 1) exhausted after two world wars and 2) much softer in their approach than other empires, for instance the French and Soviets. Had Gandhi attempted his Salt March in the British India of 1860, or against the Soviets at any time before their collapse, he would not have met with the success he did. Likewise, MLK in the US was successful to a much larger degree than is commonly granted to the credible threat of Malcolm X and black radical violence, wh…

No, objectively he is a cuckold used by a woman. I've made no assumption as to whether he's a good parent or not. Since most men are good fathers, I'd say it's likely that he is. However, you are stating that not only is he a good father, but that he should be punished for being so, by being forced to pay for a child that he has discovered is not his.
/r/MensRights27/01/17 08:32 PM

A parent is the father or mother of a child. Don't obfuscate: I am adopted, and my parents knowingly chose to raise me even though I'm not biologically theirs (they can't have children). This man is neither a biological parent nor was he knowingly raising another man's child. This man was being used based on a woman's lie. He is not a parent.

800,000 soviet women served in WW2, only 3% of total Soviet strength. The USSR had already seen the purging of 20 million people (majority men) under Stalin, as well as the millions of (Again, overwhelmingly male) deaths in WW1 and the Russian Civil War. The Soviets suffered at least 8.7 million military dead in WW2, meaning that the total women in uniform was less than 10% of total war dead. I can understand that, even if I disagree. My point is that it's soooo easy to tone police men as is, that doing so even on the internet would effectively be saying that Men can't raise even the most justified complaints because it might make someone upset. Which just throws into relief how dependent society is upon male action, and how committed they are to ensure men receive as little benefit as possible from it.
/r/MensRights25/01/17 06:38 PM

Posts like that were what slowly brought me over to a mensright's viewpoint. They work, they just make some people angry too. Oh well. The point of Men's Rights isn't to make everyone happily agree to treat men better. That will never happen. The point is to continually showcase how laws and culture very often either undervalue men's contributions or actively harm male interests, while simultaneously supporting and making it easier for men to do whatever they want.
/r/MensRights25/01/17 06:09 PM

The actual statistics are that 99%+ of the forces landed on D-Day were men. 100% of the casualties were men. The push to "women too" the entire culture, and potentially twist history in the process, is a large part of where the absence of care for men's issues comes from.

Actually conscripted men can make excellent soldiers if properly trained and led. That's the entire point of conscription. Even if I don't agree with it presently, I can read history. Hypergamy: women on OKCupid rated 80% of men as below average. Women are actively trying to lower the number of "available" (i e sexy to them) men because they want the tallest/richest/most dominant they can get. Start local. It takes hundreds of thousands to sway congress, it can take one to sway a city council. Also, radicals drive movements, so keep pushing back culturally against the stupidity of feminism and misandry. Winning concrete victories at a local level gives legitimacy to the inevitable national level movement.

I agree Fatherhood by surrogacy isn't ideal, but it's a whole lot better than the current plague of single motherhood after divorce, both for men and for the children. Until a critical mass of men exit the current misabdrist system, it won't change. With that in mind, surrogate based fatherhood is an ideal way for men to both build the future and starve the present.

This, to me, gets to the heart of the need for MRAs (and antifeminism), namely the implicit assumptions and differences between the two sexes. A woman by dint of evolved biology will always have more social power than a man all else being equalish. Men used to make up for this with their greater capacity for work and the concomitant authority, but that has been gutted by industrialization and the de-physicalization of work, the invention of birth control - both created by men - and the latent pa…

Most of that will be wasted money, since most of the girls won't choose STEM and of the minority who do most won't stay long. It's bullshit, and the subsidatiom comes from men, without whom no western society would have a tax base. Men need to begin developing systems that can sustain them comfortably and entertainingly so they can check out of an increasingly feminized business world that cares little for them while demanding as much as possible.

Not all women are equally hypergamous, but the fact that women overwhelmingly choose to destroy relationships in which the man is shorter or makes less than the woman means that hypergamous behavior is a deeply rooted trend of the feminine.

Well, yeah. Men's higher sex drive is the biggest way that women manipulate men. Artificial sex from vr porn to sexbots, combined with male birth control is going to massively even out the sexual balance of power. Perfect. The fact that if you told her all these things she would interpret it as "threatening" shows how correct you are. The feminine has a deep, near pathological need for a perfect sense of "security", one that is impossible to bring about. Relationships are much more likely to fail (meaning, the woman leaves) if the man is not the primary earner. So, your example of a high powered woman and a less powerful man is simply not realistic for a long term relationship.

The few women who pass things like Ranger School (after both had failed and been specially reinstated) and Kara Hultgreen (who killed herself and crashed her aircraft) will still be 167% more likely to be injured, will cost more than a male in the same spot, and there will be so few of them that it will be wasteful to attempt to enlist women in jobs with a >90% fail rate. Standar…

Of course women should not be in combat arms. But more than just their raw physical deficiencies, female soldiers are nondeployable at three times the rate of men, become injured more often and stay injured longer, are more expensive to train and maintain, are less effective at almost all facets of even noncombat soldiering and, to stray slightly from pure physical metrics, are deleterious on the esprit de corps that makes military units excell. There is absolutely no benefit to choosing female …

This means that openly "bi" girls are more heavily sexual and therefore less open to and wanting of anything long term in the first place, especially when they're still young enough to be worth fucking. They do I think, or at least I do, but it's hard without a masculine group to keep you grounded. Marriage/LTRs should never be an isolated relationship of just you and your woman, they should be networks of strong, properly dominant men complementarily loving beautiful, properly submissive women in order to build civilization. Both sexes need same sex groups to deepen relationships with and build the best version of their sex, and each sex's polarity should be heightened by the other's.

I mean, more than 50% of marriages involve infidelity at least once. Humans are not polygamous as in some "sex at dawn" fantasy, however, we are not strictly monogamous either. It's in that grey area in between that male/female sexuality - especially young sexuality - plays out. The average woman can have sex far more easily than the average man. That doesn't mean it's impossible for the average man to get laid, this is not some "woe is me post". However, this does mean that it is significantly …

I mean, men are much more effective at being violent than women especially in a political context, but then men are also much more effective builders, or athletes, or scientists, or programmers, or authors, than women. I disagree. Certainly classically "modern" war is trending towards automation to make up for postmodern state's chronic shortfall in political will for casualties. However, an informed look at warfare since 1991 leads me to believe that it is the militia part-timer, and not the MQ-1 Predator, that will be the future of conflict. And militias need men and have no need of women.

In my experience TRP does have respect for men who don't wish to be promiscuous. What TRP does not like is men not having options, because having abundance is the bedrock upon which healthy relationships with women are built. Since men have much higher sex drives than women, most men will take advantage of their options, at least initially.

People refer to men rights as a hate sub because it goes against the grain of feminine primacy, and people will continue to call it such regardless of the language used. Besides, I'm not wrong. Not all women are feminists, and indeed most women don't want to be called feminists since the term is now (rightly) loaded with so much baggage. Violence terrifies women, yet violence or the sanctioned threat of violence (carried out by men) is what undergirds the state that women rely on for almost everything. Feminism - as an outbranching of the feminine imperative as a whole - wants violence only completely on their terms. As well, men tease one another. I mean, incentives matter, and currently there are some fairly hefty incentives for women to keep the system at the expense of most men. The biggest threat most women pose to men (and the reason that I cannot take any type of feminism seriously) is by failing to refuse the obvious misandry that radical feminism holds as a core precept, while at the same time wishing to keep enjoying the benefits "moderate" social mores and moderate feminism gives to them. So, playing to fem…

Radical doesn't always mean bad. Radical simply means radical, and I define a radical as an individual that so deeply attaches a concept or idea to their own self image that they live their ideals. This also means that they will never stop pressing for their ideals, i e, there is no point (usually) at which a radical announces that their goals are reached and so self-moderates.

No, they will not ever stop of their own accord, because radicals never stop. And because they never stop, radicals tend to end up controlling the direction and tone that groups and movements take, and we have seen this with feminism over the past forty years leading to such travesties as the Duluth Model, incredibly biased family courts and now a persistent culture of misandry at many universities, media centers and workplaces. What fights radicals are other radicals. Waiting on the "moderate" …

Well, according to both WHO statistics and those kept by those in the country I was in, it does: http://www.who.int/hiv/topics/malecircumcision/en/ Make no mistake, I am no proponent of circumcision and will not be circumcizing my sons, but I view it like an amputation after trauma in that, all other things being equal I would be against it, yet the effects of HIV is at best a reduced life dependent on ARVs, and at worse death from HIV complications and so I'm for it only in this circumstance.

You're describing a Tribe. Create and sustain a small group of men that you know share your values and you can rely on, and you not only improve your own life but start undermining the feminine imperative and our current legal/cultural order. Expecting to be able to "save" the country/world with a flip of a switch is naive. Save yourself and your group, network with other Tribes, and leave the rest.

Competition doesn't have to be all vs all. Creating an "in group" that you dearly, deeply support as opposed to a (much) larger "out group" that you compete against is literally what Men do. We usually call the in group a tribe but the nomenclature doesn't matter all that much.

Radicals drive movements. In any human group - and I do mean any group - those that most fervently agree or believe in the group control where the group goes ideologically. The job of moderates (and moderates by definition are the middle majority) is either to accept or reject the direction the radical fringe wants to go. Accept, the direction is set; reject, and the radicals need to go back and start in a new direction. /u/Meristry, you give a good example here of the latter. This sub isn't a m…

Kill the lowest two men, or even two men at random. Men evolved to manipulate the environment; Women evolved to manipulate Men. There's no reason women shouldn't be so good at playing the average man, since they've thousands of years to get good at it.

That's an excellent, excellent summation. I wholeheartedly agree that men and women are complementarian. The reason TRP exists is because our current (post)modern society has thrown intersexual relations so far out of balance.

Average is a relative term. If you are surrounded by low performing men then achieving at an objectively high level is impossible to hide or camouflage. However, in the company of successful men, the average is raised, and it's much easier to perform well while also still being "one of the guys".

Ever heard of Bersa? They're based in perpetually-broke Argentina but they employ(ed) Sig craftsmen and designs. The result is a ridiculously well priced pistol that shoots like a Sig. It's never quite so binary, and saying so presumes a male-inclusiveness that does not exist but does in females. I agree that Men in aggregate will always be the drivers of civilization to whatever end, but /u/cariboo_j didn't "hand the keys over". Remember, men evolved to manipulate the world, women evolved to manipulate men. Denying female agency even when men are "in charge" doesn't make you more intelligent, but it can make you more open to manipulation.

It's both. Militaries do not spend the majority of their time in close combat. We're not really disagreeing here. Saying 'men and women are different' is sexist because is discriminates (divides) based upon sex. That discrimination is not malicious. The issue is that culturally all casual talk of sex differences is conflated with misogyny, and that's the pop-definition.

That's entirely true, but only if the energy per capita is continually and perpetually increasing. Eventually the Laws of Thermodynamics put a stop to that. The "Modern" (and current Postmodern) era are predicated to an enormous degree on fossil fuels. When those start to decline - barring some heretofore unforeseen technological replacement - then human society in aggregate will trend again towards the more traditional. History never directly repeats but it has and will rhyme.

Ovulation is when a woman's egg is released.
