My ex-wife has kidney disease. I supported her, as the sole income earner, while she was on dialysis for 6 years. I took her on trips, went the extra mile to make sure she felt cared for. Then one day she cheated anyway. Of course she plays the " you left a sick girl" card all the time now.

Leave. Ideally, leave yesterday. The other comments on here have been sufficiently brutal, but I think you have some serious problems with self-respect. This is good advice. It's a shit situation, but all you can do is cut your losses and move forward. You'll be better off without someone like that in your life in the long run.

2 years, no kids. I'd say this is your chance to get out while the price for freedom is still relatively low. It doesn't sound like she's doing anything to contribute towards your life. Why stay?

Sorry, you're going through all of this. She was willing to watch you spiral into this depression, so clearly she doesnt care about you in the way that she should. Sounds like sociopathic behaviour to ridicule and ask for / engage in damaging actions while your spouse is suffering. Like others are saying, make sure you have your ducks in a row.
