I also was extremely anti medication, didn’t start taking it until last year. I can honestly tell you I wish I hadn’t been that way. Side bar on that - people with ADHD are way more likely to end up with Parkinson’s disease. There is evidence that stimulant medications help protect you against it. There is also evidence of the smaller parts of the brain in people with ADHD growing with 2+ years of being medicated with stimulants. Which means you could theoretically improve your brain and then ta…

Ooo okay figured as much, I’m also ADHD and was severe CPTSD from a very broken childhood. Addiction seemed to skip me which I’m grateful for, because it does run in my family. However I think that’s a really key piece in your case! Do you take anything medication wise for your ADHD? Have you been following research on GLP-1 and its potential abilities to reduce or eliminate addictions? Chasing women is honestly just another form of addiction, it’s another way to try and fill your dopamine batht…

Not true, it’s just a lot more difficult when you’re also highly intelligent. It’s also helpful for you to do self reading and learning, deep dive and dissect where this need is coming from. Some of my most prolific sessions were with - believe it or not - a shaman (she was also a registered clinical councillor). I also highly recommend checking out NARM - bth in counselling and also reading The Nueroaffective Relational Model: Healing Childhood Trauma Do you have any official diagnosis?

“Mate” no man should be negotiating a safe word with a woman who is a virgin. BDSM is something to be explored slowly after an introduction to the deed. She doesn’t know what she likes yet, she’s never had it.

Okay if alcohol is off the table, then make sure you also pick up whatever it is she likes to drink most. Make sure the flowers and chocolates you bring were bought knowing what she likes. We love a man who remembers our favourites - we love to know he’s listening and paying attention. I would also pick up something like a fruit platter with a dip. It’s fun, flirty and sexy. You can take turns feeding each other, starting out by hand and working up to have her take the fruit from your mouth. Hot…

And one more note - no more of this “way, way too late for me” bullshit. If you want to change your narrative, it starts with the words you speak about yourself. It is never too late and you should be god damned proud of yourself for being so self aware and actively wanting to improve.

So ADD is just an outdated term for ADHD, which in and of itself is an outdated term. We are all under the same umbrella but some people struggle more with the physical hyperactivity, some people more with attention deficit and some lucky people like me - struggle with both. I will say this much, I went from being unable to complete high school or make friends; to a successful entrepreneur who is also carving a name for herself as a professional athlete. There IS hope! I won’t sugar coat it, it …

Have you gone to therapy to try and figure out the source of your need?

Honestly if you’re cool, I want you to tell me all about your cool shit, from your perspective. Not from someone else’s online. This coming from someone who is also in the spotlight frequently.

Does it have a hot tub or large jacuzzi tub? Options of having sweets/wine/flowers in the room upon arrival? First things first, you need to set the scene. What exactly have you done with her physically up until this point? What is your sense of her preferences/things she currently or may sexually enjoy?

If you actually are diagnosed ADHD, I would look into Vyvanse if you’re not already on meds. I was late diagnosed last year and my whole life I’ve always had major sweets cravings, ESPECIALLY when tired or burnt out. Started Vyvanse and haven’t had a single craving since. I was self medicating for the dopamine with sugar. I was like well I’ll be damned lol

Ditch the college girls and start hitting up some older ladies. They’ll teach you a thing or two and most of them appreciate a young man’s energy. 😉

As a woman, I don’t think there’s such a thing as being “too excited”. If she’s really into you, she’s going to match that excitement. If she’s so-so on you - you’ll have to strategize a bit more. Question there being, if she’s only so so on you - is she ultimately who you want to settle for? Is she only so-so on you because she’s snooping around to see what she might be able to extract from you? Important questions to have answers to. I’m a behaviourist, if you’d like to share some of the texts…
