Her first attorney was also her attorney during our divorce.My lawyer filed the motion to set aside the final divorce decree. Then she got the same lawyer she had during our divorce and now she switched. Her new lawyer just told my lawyer. her new lawyer needs to be approved by the court or something like that. Yeah, her finances/financial affidavit was never disclosed to me, I just saw it months later when I requested it at the courthouse. During tax return time I saw letters from 3 banks laying around that I didn't knew about, so I assume that there is substantial money on those accounts.
