You want a truth bomb about the nature of women. Here's a perfect FB post for you! You can even use it to tell what stage you're in, depending on if you laugh your ass off or get incredibly pissed!

This is an excellent post but could you please tone down the shocking and highly offensive content a little bit?

I don't disagree, but do wonder if that's more to do with simply "besting in physical encounters" vs. actual violence. I was at a party where some girl was giving me shit about not being able to beat some guy in arm wrestling, and when I did with ease, she was all over my lap the rest of the night - complete stranger beforehand. This was actually in front of my then girlfriend at the time, too - no fucks given, women are wild haha. It's an anecdote, but more of one to hypothetically brainstorm i…

Damn, reading this list makes me wish I adhered to this strategy rather than going cold turkey on everything when I did haha. Kind of a cool way to do it -- make your distractions annoying to get to rather than removing them. You do essentially the same thing, but it's easier on the mind. Nice brain hack.

Had a guy doing jumping jacks in the squat rack. Thought he was just warming up. Nope.

Reduces stress, sure. Even that is hardly true anymore. I think the sooner young men find alternative hobbies the better. It's not that you can't be a baller if you play video games but latching onto them is showing lack of abundance, in my opinion. It's more of a placeholder until you find more interesting, rewarding, and beneficial shit to be doing with your free time.

I don't really care because it's pop culture being manipulated. It's been a thing for a long time now, and its specific purpose is arguably for brainwashing the masses. I have better things to spend my attention and energy on. EDIT: To clarify, I don't really care because it's not actionable, not because it's something I don't mind happening to mankind. There's nothing I can do to stop it, and crying about it on social media outlets is what betas do about things not being politically correct dis…

I saw this, knew exactly what was going on, and my response is still "who cares?"

At that point, I believe it just comes down to doing what needs to be done to be the producer over the consumer, for the consumer who exclusively consumes lacks freedom. Would love to see OP's response, though.

I mean, maybe, but does it really matter? You don't have that much control over facial features (aside from not being fat and unhealthy) as you do your body. Why does it matter that lots of people follow her? It should be expected, surely. I feel like you posted this rant with a follow up "lesson" that we should collectively drop expectations, and that will somehow cause women to be less entitled? They're going to be entitled anyway. Nah, brah.

I had to stop 5x5 early because of joint pain. A PT told me that basically my bones/wrists could not keep up with my muscular gain. For people like myself, I think it's a good idea to switch it up by settling for slightly lower weight but much higher rep until you can work yourself up. It eases up on the joints.

Honestly some of us are lucky. Not only do I find the gym fun, but sometimes it's the best part of my day. I wasn't able to lift for a month because of accommodating to a new lifestyle with my job where I'm typically gone for 14 hours each day, and when I could finally step back into the gym, it was Christmas for me.

Lifting really is one of those things you need to just do to understand the benefits. There's a reason the advice is so oversaturated -- the benefits are enormous. Hell, if I gained no muscle or aesthetics at all by lifting, I'd still do it for the positive endorphins and mental clarity. It's THAT important.

Corporate finance. I'll be an account executive until I eventually lead my own team in 6-9 months. Good call on the location advice. I think I'll tolerate the longer commute while getting a 6mo cheap lease for awhile until my finances are more abundant.

Awesome, thanks for the really quick advice. I'll check back on this thread later for anything else.

Yeah, Very likely renting. The standard of living where I currently live is much lower than where I'm moving, so I'm going to have to be extremely intelligent with my money for the first 6 months as the initial money I'll have is very sparse.

I think one should read both; I just think that the book I mentioned is a very good introduction to the topic.

I really recommend reading about the ancient art of stoicism; it has helped me greatly. Start with "A Guide to the Good Life" by William B. Irvine, which takes the philosophy developed by Epictetus and other ancient stoics and explains how to utilize this practice in a modern context.

I think that objectively speaking it depends on the individual. In my opinion, if your urges are keeping you so distracted from your mission that "taking care of it" would help you focus, by all means do it, as long as it's not hurting you in other areas (but still don't use porn). I think it's still a good idea to not overdo it though, you don't want to be desensitized and you want to keep your hunger to slay pussy. For me, I try not to, but if I do, it's not the end of the world because my sex…

Yeah I agree. I didn't mean to imply I was seeking instant gratification, moreso that some of these numbers that disappoint others are still quite a ways away due to my (arguably) stunted starting point.

I appreciate all the responses; I think my philosophy on the matter has been teeter-tottering for awhile, but perhaps I don't feel so bad about keeping everything to myself after hearing everyone's perspective. I'll continue to think about this critically to see what fortified my beliefs, but in the meantime, y'all have made some convincing arguments as to why it's simply not a good option.

Some people won't ever understand how cluttered, stressed, and anxious they are until they begin. It's a revelation once you can actually practice it and clear your thoughts -- it's essential to achieving the goals in your mission. I know when I first started meditating, I couldn't believe how hard it was to simple breathe and relax. It was almost a wake up call of, "Oh god, what is wrong with me that there is so much mental noise. I remember it being quite an emotional realization. It definitel…

Do you have any objective resources you'd recommend? I know the jist of it, but would like to be as informed as possible on the matter for knowledge's sake.

You're not getting downvoted for that. Hell, you're probably not even getting downvoted for coming across as douche-y, but because you believe you can make girls unconditionally yours. The attitude just exacerbates it.

It sounds to me like you should consider giving Keto a try. It'll suck for a couple weeks, but if the other stuff isn't working I'd give it a shot.

This is some great shit right here, it's why people are so drawn to video games in general. Everybody wants to work as little as possible and get a big cookie at the end of the day. You should really see how some multiplayer video games are designed these days... I swear you could get swole in the time someone levels their blacksmith to 99 or gets marginally better equipment that would, supposedly, make no difference really. It's mind boggling.

The comforting thing about dealing with alphas is you don't actually have to protect them -- they've chosen to endure their own hardships by self-challenge. As a better man, they won't crumble under critique, despite your average person's emotions appearing as a brittle shell due to SJWs. Had to learn this the hard way when I'd constantly find myself angered at the blatant hypocrisy between betas crying about bullying while simultaneously shitting on bullies or making toxic presumptions against …

Hey, just consider it and give it a shot. No one is forcing you to lift, but as stated, the benefits are immense. TRP does not teach you right from wrong necessarily, it just teaches you the world for what it is. Many are dumbfounded and do need this baseline advice to gain respect because it is the foundation in which all other positive traits can be built. Women (especially SOs) not respecting you for not being muscular is simply fact. You can take it or leave it, but it's for learning to be a…

Incredible read, thanks again. Also, I commend the mental endurance of the people on that set mentioned in the article. I can't imagine how peeved I'd be working up a Greek God body and developing a warrior's mindset only to expect the women on the set to have the same expectations for no other reason than "equality." Just the thought of women talking to me like that when I'm in that position is a disgusting thought.

I would imagine so if only due to the fact that beta/omega men also happen to follow many of the same traits and habits as women, and this is closer than both of those.

Whether she is or not is largely irrelevant. "She's not yours, it's just your turn." Well-adapted TRP men know that it is a possibility at any given time in a relationship, under any circumstances. We can only reduce the probability to the lowest it can go by keeping our SMV high and working on ourselves.

You're right in a sense, but normal guys are already overlooked. We're here to take the challenging yet rewarding road, not the easy road. I personally think the betafication of males is doing more harm than good, even for us, in the grand scheme of things.

Same with whole wheat pasta Is there a healthy alternative, or is it something you have to avoid altogether? I consider myself moderately educated on nutrition, but I must be wrong on whole wheat pasta being better than regular noodles.
