I'm watching an interview with Max Hardcore (SFW, CNBC interview) and they mention something I've never heard of, call the Cambria list. It's a list of things that pornographers should avoid so they aren't charged with obscenity. It isn't a law, just a guideline. Pornographers obviously aren't taking the list seriously.
