I agree, this is more a general statement to any ex that does this to their other. Men do it as well and they are losers as well. My thing is if you’re done be done, why drag it on for years, have affairs, put the victim into a tale spin of pain. So yes this is not directed to any specific gender but to the people (man or woman) that do this

This is exactly what mine did. She was paying her share for Feb-mid April. Then said no I’m renting now (from her mother So ya that’s bullshit). For me to take her to court to force her to pay would have been another 5k retainer and then a day in court which could have gone either way. My lawyer suggested that if I could keep paying the Morgage then do that. Which I did until she wouldn’t sign the stuff to sell the house.
