2	AA girl that I slept with is claiming that I raped her. What do I do? My biggest concern is, would this be smart to do without having a lawyer present? Is it advantageous for him to speak to the police first given how favorable these allegations are to women? I'd be terrified walking into a police department if I were in his shoes, mainly because everything is so stacked against him. If it were me I'd find a lawyer and let them be my representation while refusing to speak a syllable to the police. 3	AA girl that I slept with is claiming that I raped her. What do I do? You are going to the Police, and then small claims court. You're going to file a report with the Police that you have heard she is accusing you of drugging her and you fear for your safety from her. You're going to do whatever it takes to get a restraining order against her. What is involved with this in terms of Police questioning?
