-1	Father removed from Birth Certificate of ten year old child. His daughter stolen. This article didn't say anything about wanting him out of her life, just that her partner wanted on the Birth Certificate. This may be because other laws haven't caught up with her partner being allowed to visit in the hospital/school or some other reason. The Birth Certificate doesn't have anything to do with who visitation. And anyway, I think it's a little strange for a donor to be seeking visitation.	/r/MensRights	18/08/11 12:52 AM

1	Is it possible, as a man, to avoid taking responsibility for a pregnancy in a relationship by stating so in a document similar to a prenuptial agreement? You can't make a contract with the Child, but you may be able to make one with the mother that would require you to be reimbursed for Child Support Payments in the event that she's negligent in taking her Birth control or something. I'm not sure how enforceable it would be, but at least it's with a party who can consent over an actual cause, though you'd have to prove she was negligent, rather than just really unlucky.	/r/MensRights	27/10/10 11:57 PM

What this actually means is it's officially not allowed, but it will still happen, then they will do a weighted average of the two rates based on the % of their subscribers that are male vs. female and come up with the premiums. That's my point, eliminating discrimination where there is a bona fide reason to have it is retarded. I'm all for the Elimination of Discrimination against men, but if there's statistical evidence that gender impacts the likely hood of a given event it's not discrimination that needs to be done away with. Are we going to make women carry medical insurance policies that cover testicular cancer as well? Because that would be fair. And men need to carry policies that cover ovarian cancer?
