Rape Crisis England listens to /r/mensrights, removes offending paragraph from their "male rape" web page (context in comments)Same. Such a great feeling when something gets done. | /r/MensRights | 28/06/12 07:13 PM
| -4 | I might get downvoted for this, but here goes: Am I the only one here who doesn't really care about circumcision?See, this is exactly what I was worried about. It's not like I'm calling you all retards or something. I'm not speaking out against your efforts. I'm only asking for some light to be shed. Nothing more. | /r/MensRights | 28/06/12 02:43 AM |
| -1 | I might get downvoted for this, but here goes: Am I the only one here who doesn't really care about circumcision? This is true. But what I mean is while it may be morally odd, if you look at it logically it doesn't really seem to cause much in the way of actual harm. That's pretty much why I feel this way. | /r/MensRights | 28/06/12 02:16 AM |
It sounds to me like he deserved it.I checked it out. That answer appears to be deleted, and the comments now have a lot more sense in them. That's a relief. Hopefully she sees those and sees the error of her ways. | /r/MensRights | 11/06/12 01:24 AM
This blog...There are definitely sensible feminists out there. I know a couple personally. But yes, the extremists bug me to no end. | /r/MensRights | 18/05/12 05:28 AM
So I am glad my High School is teaching sexism against men.I'm not usually one to resort right to the big guns, but I have to agree here. That is incredibly insensitive of her. | /r/MensRights | 18/05/12 05:11 AM
This. This is the problem. What does that even mean? They can rape but not really? That's a giant shot in her own foot there I find. | /r/MensRights | 18/05/12 05:05 AM
Morgan Spurlock: "Men now are made to feel as insecure as we’ve made women feel for decades"Of course women help each other all the time. Lots of men help women all the time too. And in my case, almost all gossip seems to begin with the women, and yes it's always lies. Guess we live in two very different places. :P But yes, men can say harsh things too. I think it's very wrong for him to act like it's the male races fault they're insecure though. | /r/MensRights | 18/05/12 02:08 AM
Morgan Spurlock: "Men now are made to feel as insecure as we’ve made women feel for decades"No kidding. What an idiot. Women make each other insecure a lot more than we make them insecure. I hear women/girls say some very deplorable things about each other, a lot worse than I'll hear coming from any male. I'm thinkin he should think things through before he says them. | /r/MensRights | 18/05/12 12:29 AM
Got this chain mail today. It came from the HR dept. ಠ_ಠWay to tell people what they're like. Maybe he wouldn't care what they think. And yes it's demeaning, but I think he did the right thing by simply voicing his displeasure at seeing it. And he got an apology, it worked. There's no need to sue about everything immediately. However, if this kind of stuff continues, I could see a lawsuit being logical. | /r/MensRights | 18/05/12 12:18 AM
This blog...Your comments pretty much sum up my feelings. Pretty sickening stuff. It pains me that there are people like this. | /r/MensRights | 17/05/12 02:58 PM
