1	Utilizing Sexual Energy (Clear your brain fog) Sounds like a flatline. Happens to everyone and goes away if you stick with it. The key was not to freak out. But honestly if you feel like you don't have an addiction with fapping, and none of the adverse side effects then you probably don't need it.
