You're addicted to screens I don't know if you go to the gym or not but just do it you must find a friend there ,no matter the place the level but it always happen , and reduce your screen on time , i was in the same situation but since i reduced my phone usage I've been so much social and do all of my tasks , i never expected from myself to do all of my tasks before the time, i used to be always late , just throw that shit in your hands
