Late response, but better late than never I suppose: I appreciate your thoughts, but reading over your messages again, I'm still a little confused on something. What exactly do you mean by "break rapport"? I've seen that phrase come up a few times now and I feel like everyone on this sub means something else by it than what I would assume it means. What do we mean when we talk about "breaking rapport" in the concept of a relationship or friendship?

I think I understand what you're saying, but I'm still a little confused about the concept of "frames". At this point I've looked it up and read explanations so many times, but the essays people write about the concept don't really make sense to me. My understanding is that someone's "frame" is basically like ... their view of the world, or holding true to what they believe, or something like that. But it keeps coming up in contexts I'm not sure that I understand. Like in this case, for example …

I'm gonna disagree with a lot of the other comments on this post. Or at least, the tone of them. Yes, it's true that "the game" is generally gonna need to be "played" differently by women vs. men, but I think that the people commenting and saying "you just need to lose weight / get hotter" are oversimplifying lol.
