At this point I've looked it up and read explanations so many times, but the essays people write about the concept don't really make sense to me. My understanding is that someone's "frame" is basically like ... their view of the world, or holding true to what they believe, or something like that. Yes, it's true that "the game" is generally gonna need to be "played" differently by women vs. men, but I think that the people commenting and saying "you just need to lose weight / get hotter" are oversimplifying lol.
