The protection of the rights of trans people is a banner that both feminists and men's rights movements should support. FTM and MTF share difficulties from both sides and have their own challenges on top of both. We should care for and protect both. TERFs or the male equivalent have no place in our ranks.

It would be ignorant to say there wasn't a glass ceiling before equality became a lot stronger in law. Somewhere after the second wave succeeded it became more effective and the real barrier became the fact that a lot of the executive positions were occupied from the previous stage. I think time will lead to a fairly even number of executive positions being filled by men and women. Edit: Formatting

Piss off wanker. This is an issue, and an issue cannot be resolved by action until it's recognised as an issue. No one wants to be a victim, but those of us who are didn't get a choice and we can't get help until the circumstances that lead to us being a victim are recognised.

Most of these shows are legal small cases where the judge is in fact an arbitrator. Often they're sensationalised, both parties get paid regardless. The decisions however are real.

Tbh I always assumed father's Day was either to remind people to call their dads after they've grown up and moved out or a day when your dad gets some peace and quiet.

Your comment is not welcome in this sub, we do not hate on women or attack them for superficial reasons This sub exists to call out the ridiculous double standards women are allowed and when these individuals take advantage of them. I seriously suggest you go away and examine your attitudes towards other human beings.

Summary conviction penalty: imprisonment for 12 months and a fine of $12 000. (3) A court convicting a person of an offence under this section may order the …

Whilst I don't think violence is the answer he tells her to get out and she makes no attempt to leave until he slaps her, at that point she's trespassing as which point he is legally in the clear to use physical force to remove her from the premises. The slap was excessive though, he should have just thrown her out.
