I kind of agree. Most men don't understand academic feminism, and there is a lot of strawmanning. All that being said, I don't think you need a degree in gender studies to see how badly feminism as an ideology has failed to address men's issues, if not directly undermine them. For example, women of colour, disabled women, and older women all have a harder time dating due to not meeting patriarchal (men's) beauty standards. This is seen as a feminist issue. Men have to approach women to get relationships. Asking "unattractive" men to never approach women at all is essentially akin to telling those men to die alone. Also, if a woman is upset that an "unattractive" man is asking her out, there is probably another woman that might be happy if he asked her out.
