Honestly I have not done much research on the subject. But knowing some simple basic physics. the idea makes sense to me. It was only the "unproven scientific theory" thing I wanted to clarify. I hear it a lot about most scientific theories and it's supposed to make sense as an argument from people's perspective while it only reveals their lack of proper knowledge regarding science itself and the scientific method.
